I LOVE SOPHIE's SOOO MUCH! Their food is delicious and they are always prompt. Be sure to order extra green sauce it is the best!

I ordered a cuban sandwich and it tasted very old. I was extremely dissapointed. I will stick with my usual order. :( Very upset and feel like I wasted my money. I've had cuban sandwiches before and this one was disgusting.

Cuban Sandwich is great! (as for it with onions for even better.) Another favorite is Picadillo when they offer it.

I got the Roast Pork Special with Rice+Beans and fried plantains. It was absolutely delicious and a really great deal. I'll be ordering again. They lose a star for a few minor reasons - the delivery took twice as long as estimated - they gave me coke instead of pepsi (I don't mind, I prefer Coke) but there may be other misleading items on the menu -the soda can was covered in some black goo I had to wipe off Overall a great meal. Will definitely order again

As a frequent costomer I can say that the food is very good both at the restaurant and when it's delivered. I have noticed however that the service becomes less then good after a certain time of day. Example being, I placed an order on 6/17/10 for the "special" pork chops in red sauce. One of my favs, but I don't know if it was because I ordered after 1PM but my chops were dry "fried" chops that they poured sauce on. NOT GOOD. Once before that I placed and order after 1 and my sweet plantains were not fresh (understandable, sorta) but also dry. I understand that it may be the end of the lunch rush but the food should always remain constant. You would have received a 4 rating for food but the time of day should not determine quality of service.

Terrible customer service. Did not deliver my lunch, and only found out after waiting for an hour that they were out of the entree. So, be forwarned that they're definitely not making your meal just for you. Instead they make some vat of food that they dole out to their customers, prison chow-line style...
