Spot Dessert Bar

I'm not sure why people seem to not like Spot. Their bubble tea is some of the best I've had (and it's reasonable!) and the desserts are pretty tasty as well. Delivery is also generally pretty quick! Love it here!

great peanut butter cookies! i found the green tea chocolate cake inedible and the rest disappointing, odd textures/not enough flavor in the mocha maldon salt caramel cupcake, disappointing chocolate chip coconut cookie and there was not nearly enough condensed milk flavor in the ice cream, though the passion fruit foam on top was out of control, I enjoyed the jackfruit cake for the most part a variation on sticky toffee pudding but like many sticky toffe puddings it was leaden and not saturated with the sauce, interesting flavors that worked beautifully together though. I would NEVER order delivery from here again, everything was melted, and all the foams were soupy... and it took an hour. If I was sending out desserts for delivery you can be sure I'd take the efforts to package them so they weren't a mess when they got there.

Inventive desserts, interesting flavor combinations, and texturally complex dishes. the food arrived with the sorbets cold and without having melted (though i have to take into consideration that i live in a close proximity). i was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered from this place and my food never showed up. I noticed that I missed a phone call from them, but when I called back, no one answered. Not sure what happened, but one way or another, no food. :(

Terrible customer service. The restaurant called me and claimed they could not confirm the order even though they clearly had my phone number and received the order. There recommendation was to re-order our meal from another website instead of confirming the order over the phone.

love the yuzu eskimo, light and perfect balance between textures & sweet and sour. was a little upset cuz my rose milk tea was spilled when delivered, but the delivery guy was so responsible and sweet to deliver it again without me requesting it! :)

Hilariously disorganized in their ordering, availability and menu updating, but their speed, quality and creativity makes up for it. Just don't be surprised if you get a call from them after you place the order.

I ordered the eskimo yuzu, coconut macaroon, brownie and coffee ice cream (no, I didn't eat it all at once). The eskimo yuzu was great but so small. The macaroon was also fantastic but again very small. The brownie was just ok, which was a big disappointment. And the coffee ice cream was fantastic. I doubt I'll order delivery again - I'll go there with friends.

I am torn on this. The restaurant is closed on Seamless a lot so here is where the problem arises. When you call, the girl there...I don't even know where to begin. I guess they didn't want to pop the cookies I order in the oven because she tried to talk me OUT of my order because they were short a few cookies. Every time I call over there, its chaos. I once called and spoke to the manager who seemed even less coherent. After I hung up, not giving my card number, the girl called back and left a message saying I needed to pay in cash. Really? I thought delivery boys brought wireless card chargers with them. Thanks. However, there cocoanut chocolate chip cookies are the most delicious things ever! BOTTOM LINE: The employees are idiots but the food is awesome.

Sounds so good...tasted SO bad!!! Ordered an assortment of cookies, a couple ice creams w/topings and a cupcake....flavors were off in all items. I'm bummed b/c everything on the menu sounds so tasty...
