Why did I wait so long to ever order delivery from Stage Door Deli? Fast service, huge and generous portions, and fresh quality! This, along with a broad menu selection, what more could I ask for for food delivery? Delicious and delightful. My first restaurant choice now in Seamless.

I love the gravy fries and burgers. Today I decided to be a little bit healthier and ordered the Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad. When the salad came, it had green peppers, tomato, cucumbers, carrots, and olives. I was really disappointed because none of those items were listed in the description, and if I had known that would come on it I would have ordered something else. I ended up just eating the grilled chicken (which was very good) and taking the salad home to my partner to eat. However I essentially paid $11 for grilled chicken. To the management or whoever monitors this site: please update the descriptions so they are an accurate representation of the product. They haven't lost me as a customer-- their disco fries are just too good. Revised 12/12: Nick from Stage Door called and apologized for my poor meal. It was really nice of him to check in and definitely reconfirmed my faith in their service!

There is something remarkable about this place. No, strike that… it's more than just one thing. In the more than a year that I've been ordering from this, I hate to call a deli… it's much more than that. But in the year or so that I have been ordering from the stage door deli, I have not once been disappointed. Their food is excellent, and not just by deli standards but by any restaurant in the city. It's always fresh, it's always hot, it's almost never wrong. And the reason I say almost is because I can't remember if they have ever gotten anything wrong. As a consummate New Yorker we are almost physically incapable of giving something the description of perfection. So I am going to break the “jaded New Yorker rulebook”, and say that this deli is absolute perfection. Their delivery guys are exceptionally courteous, and as I said before the food is perfect. There is nothing on the menu that I would not recommend. Although I have not tried the entire menu, I am working my way through it. And they make everything. And I'm not saying that through the use of hyperbole, they make absolutely everything. I just recently, recently being last night, had both a Cobb salad, and their fish and chips dinner and it was perfect. Until last night, I had not had their salads, although I did have the fish and chips the other night. And it was glorious, a huge bowl of fresh greens, grilled chicken, bacon, fresh croutons... as I sit here, my mouth is watering… and even though it's 11 AM on a Sunday morning, I am craving the salad that I ordered last night. I'm gushing, I know. However when you discover a place, in this city, that gives you exactly what you want, and then some. And not only that, the people who run this deli, are kind, never rude, delivery guys as I've said before spot on courteous. So, if you are hungry and wish to have the type of meal that you would pay double for, do not hesitate to order from stage door deli.

The delivery was quick and the food was good. However, they got my order wrong! I added Avocado (which costs me an extra $2!!!) and they never gave it to me.

Decent delivery time i ordered the french toast with two eggs. Pretty tasty would order again: the portions included two eggs and two slices of french toast not huge but it was good.

people from my office order from here on a daily basis. the delivery is super quick (although we're just half a block away) and they always get our order right. portions are huge and tasty.

The WORST food - the cheese sticks were cold - not as if they had cooled off from being cooked - COLD as if they had not been cooked long enough. And the Hamburger - not the best meat and nothing else but the "mystery" meat and the bun. I won't be ordering from here again - ever....I just wanted to warn others...

This place is close to my work and it's always worthwhile. Orders are always very quick, and there's no hassle with lines or other hoops to jump through. Never had any problems and always enjoy it.
