Sunset Grill Hollywood

I love this place, or I should say, I did love this place. When I first discovered them they were great: good food, quick delivery, friendly delivery guys. Then, the past three times I've ordered from them it's been awful. An hour or much more passed -- long enough that I almost forgot I hadn't eaten -- then I called and they said my order was on the way. When I pressed them as to whether it was actually on the way, they'd say "oh, actually it'll be 20 more minutes before it leaves the building." Needless to say, the third time this happened, I was quite upset. I called Seamless, who cancelled my order. I also asked for the manager to call me. He did, he apologized and offered to comp my meal. I agreed, because again, I love their food! So here's the long and short of it: This place makes great food and CAN deliver it quickly and with a smile. Will they do that for you? I hope so. I really do. If they get their act together, I'll continue to be a customer. If not, I'll have to go elsewhere.

They got the order completely wrong and when called them about it, they were not very willing to correct it. I will not order from them again. Do not order from them as they have very poor customer service.

Delivery took an hour and 30 minutes & my omelet came with rotten avocados. Potatoes were old and greasy, horrible experience.

Veggie burger is excellent, Caesar salad is quite good but a little on the salty side. Delivery was quick and painless.

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I was given a 30 minute estimated wait time, 1.5 hours later I still have no food. I called to check on the order and was unapologetically told it will be another 20 minutes at least. No compensation was offered and no assurance that they would try to get it to me as soon as possible was given. Will NEVER order from here Again.

Cheap prices and decent food (the Chinese Chicken Salad is actually quite good) but out of the last 3 orders they didn't show up for one, they left stuff off of another, and took 2 FREAKING HOURS to deliver last time. We tried liking this place but forget it. They seem to have no idea what they are doing.
