Super Wings

Update: They're running the place like a well-oiled machine now! They didn't do delivery for about six months, but since they've resumed, it's been hassle-free, fast and wonderful! The last time we ordered, it was here in 15 minutes! No more hour-plus waits (usually 30-45 minutes)! I strongly recommend the lava wings combo (they're almost too hot for me, so be careful), chickpea fritters and the corn basil salad. Old review: We've ordered from them four times and had serious issues two of those times. The first time we ordered from them, they gave us somebody else's order. I called them and (after much begging), they agreed to bring us the correct order and take the incorrect order to the people who actually ordered it (they really didn't want to, though; they just wanted to refund everyone's money and go home for the evening). The second and third times we ordered from them, we had no problems. The fourth time we ordered, we didn't get our confirmation email and received a call from Seamless Web (about 45 minutes after placing our order) telling us that Super Wings had apparently closed early so they canceled our order. Then we received a call from someone at Super Wings who told us they'd just been really busy and that's why we didn't get a confirmation email. We told them Seamless Web had canceled our order and yada yada yada, they weren't able to straighten the problem out with Seamless Web so we never received our food. Their food is good, though! It would have to be to overcome their 50% screwup rate! I like to get the crispy wings (they're lightly breaded) and dip them in lava sauce. You can also order the regular lava wings, but they're not breaded and not as good, in my opinion. My husband gets the regular lava wings, though, and loves them. He usually has enough lava sauce left over for me to dip my crispy wings. I'm going to attempt ordering the crispy wings tonight and asking them to include some lava sauce instead of the usual bleu cheese (I don't know why they always include

Super Wings is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. I am pumped that I can order Super Wings on Seemless Web. I have been Super Wings a few times (I called and picked up my wings) and have only had really great experiences with their wings and things. They are very tasty and each and every sauce that they have is unique and to be perfectly honest I didn't try one that I didn't like and I have been able to try a good variety of their many different wing sauces. My would favorite have to the be Lava and the Ginger Buff (as least right now). I have also like the Trini which is their classic sauce and their Crispy Wings are not too hot and very crispy. But like I said before I haven't tried one sauce that I didn't like... it was totally amazing. The potato wedges are solid for a potato product side dish and the naked rice and zucchini bites are pretty sweet. My good 'ole buddy who I eat wings with all the time really dug into the pineapple cake and said it was super sweet. Then boneless wings are excellent taboot. Try this place ASAP. Definitely, "The best wings in Brooklyn.

the lady who i spoke with was very unprofessional when they didn't have an item. the wings themselves were overcooked. and the wedges aren't worth purchasing. i will say the delivery didn't take too long though.

I ordered wings and the sweet potato fries to share between my friend and I. We both got sick and the next day, we had to call out of our jobs. It was bad. I couldn't eat wings again for a while.

I would continue ordering from here but there are A LOT of issues with deliveries. I had to cancel a past delivery after not receiving a confirmation, long wait is the norm. I just waited 2 hours for an order of wings and it arrives looking likes its been dropped, with sauce dripping through the bag. Make your own wings at home.

So absolutely delicious. I can't believe they aren't rated higher. Their wings are crispy, spicy, and have tons of great flavors. The lava ones have a deliciously spicy-sweet flavor, and the cilantro flavor is great too. Yeah, their sweet potato fries aren't the best, but their potato wedges, chickpea fritters and excellent salads are all delicious.

Delivery was 30 mins later than the max time noted. Food was not hot or even warm. Some parts of the wings were dry. The dessert they substituted from what I ordered was inedible. I will not order from them again.

This restaurant should not make deliveries. I placed an order which arrived almost two hours later . My order was not complete and the Shrimps where hard and cold. Did not receive my salad which was part of the combo meal. Will never order from this place again.

I made an order at 8:26 and it is currently 10:27 and I have still not received my food. I received a call at 9:30 saying it would be 20 more minutes, what a joke. Waiting 2 hours for delivery is so completely unacceptable and I could care less how the food tastes at this point. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I would ask for a refund but they appear to be closed right now and noone is picking up the phone. Awesome.
