Sushi was great and delivery was fast! However, they forgot one of the appetizers that I ordered which was little bit of a disappointment, and which is why I won't give it four stars.

The rock is a neighborhood favorite for its happy hour discounts, and new wave music track - at home you would need to supply your own. A reliable mainstay is the "rock box" bento meal, either version #1 or #2. This covers almost anything you could want for an individual. The sashimi and sushi combo plates also offer a great value, a ton of stuff for $15-16 per person. The rolls come in bewildering variety, and two broad price ranges - $6-8, and $10-12 or up. Choice often depends on your personal taste versus the chefs idea - tempura roll, for example, comes covered with spicy tuna you like it cool, if not, something else. The dragon roll is a personal favorite. Sushi comes in the nigiri style, as well as hand rolls. Personally, people who go to a Japanese restaurant and order a pork chop (pork katsu for example) get what they deserve, ut its a matter of taste. They also have a broad range of donburi and noodle dishes for people just have to eat out of a bowl. Also a feature is the extensive (8 page) saki menu which you can get on-line orders from.

Delivery took an hour and 30 minutes. When I called to check on it, the host called the driver, who was in the process of delivering the order, and it took over 25 minutes after that call for the food to come.... which is always dicey when you order raw fish.

Totally solid sushi, definitely satisfied my craving. They forgot my miso soup though...so that was annoying.

Took a bit of a long time to deliver, over hour 15 minutes, so the katsu curry was cold. but once I heated it up it was fine. Sushi was good, I had never had the pink wrapped kind before, that was good.

One of the worst. Curry chicken was completely cold and tasteless. The rice was cold and it was as hard as a rock. Ice cream was put in a disposable salad dressing container without any insulation and it completely melt by the time it got here. The delivery guy said he was in the lobby 5 minutes before he even arrived . Unless you are going to be starved to death, please don't order from this place.
