Swagat is a fine choice if you prefer very mildly-seasoned Indian fare. Food quality is moderate, as is the price. You will find no surprises at this venue which, in itself, recommends the restaurant.

My first time ordering from this restaurant and it wont be my last. Delivery was prompt. Food was delicious! I ordered their chicken tikka masala brunch special and it came with a good portion of chicken tikka masala, two veggie samosas and naan. There is plenty left over for dinner. A great pick-me-up on a grey Saturday afternoon!

1) Naan was incredibly greasy/oily. It shoulnd't be that way 2) The chicken tikka masala was average at best. The tomato tasted a bit like chef boyardee, which is obviously not great. There was also a pool of oil on the top of it. It was edible; I just wasn't impressed. 3) Even though i ordered lunch within minutes of the restaurant opening, it still took well over an hour for delivery (even though seamless said 15-30 minutes and then the the restaurant emailed me saying 45-60 minutes). Both were wrong - it took longer. 4) On the plus side, their lunch menu is good value relative to other restaurants in the area. Net-Net, I wouldn't order from here again due to very long delivery times and very average food.

This is my first time reviewing a restaurant, but it needed to be done. My nan tasted like it was previously frozen, my bhindi was so oily and I didn't even try my chicken because they never included the yogurt sauce requested. I've eaten here and it was good but the delivery was AWFUL. Order from elsewhere.

will never order again. food arrived with all the content spilled in the bag. Was told would redeliver. Called an hour later (or 2 hours after the first order) - was told that I would rather cancel the order. So 2 hours and no food.

I used to order from them all the time. The food used to be good but it's BLEH now and the portions now are PUNY. Worse, the customer service is insulting -- the manager blames the owner for being rigid and irresponsible. I ordered yesterday but had an emergency and discovered today that they sent me the wrong food -- they refused to do Anything about it. Did I mention how PUNY the portions are now? Small portions, small-minded. Puny player. Too many other, Better Indian places to order from. Never again.

I highly recommend this place for their weekend brunch options, the shrimp pondicherry appetizer and chicken curry. They have good rasmalai too, but not a fan of their biryani - will definitely order again!

Normally, I love this place, but this last order is really disappointing. It's Tikka Masala, and the chicken is dry and overcooked and the sauce isn't as thick. Not sure what happened.

So they said the food would take 45 minutes and it took almost 2 hours. They were utterly unhelpful on the phone each time Icomplained. Do not order food from here if you are actually hungry

Absolutely horrible experience. You should stay away. Specifically, food took over an hour and 15 minutes (despite the quick delivery time they claim). I called multiple times (e.g., at 45 minutes, an hour and an hour and 15 minutes), and each time they said the food had already left, however, they forget to clue in the delivery guy to the lies, who stated that he just left the restaurant five minutes ago. Food isn't bad, though, but the service is extremely bad and it will take forever, so beware.
