The food was lacking flavor. I ordered the vegetable dumplings, egg rolls, chow mein and a soda. They forgot the soda with my delivery. Annoying, but not the end of the world. The way it was handled was the real issue. They told me, I could wait an hour or take a credit for my next order. Since I will not be ordering from them again, and wanted a soda with my meal, I asked for the money to be put back on my card. They called me three times regarding this and told me I needed to call Seamless myself. Just a huge inconvenience. The egg rolls are actually spring rolls (very disappointing). The dumplings did not taste good and were filled with what appeared to be broccoli and cream cheese. I had to season the chow mein, myself and add some veggies. I would never order from here again.

The food is mediocre, very watery, and hardly seasoned. Worse, they are not set up to order with Seamless. I mean, not at all. There is a language problem, not uncommon. Plus they wanted me to describe what they needed to do, finaling saying I should pay them and get MY money back from Seamless. Perhaps this can be remedied. I doubt it. Bottom line: food was big disappointment. I finally got my food after three phone calls. I had cancelled the order and they insisted on bringing on the food, one and one-half hours after my order. Then the man at the door wouldn't leave, he even asked about his tip. PASS - My family uses Seamless in NYC. No problems there.
