Taj Tribeca

Taj Tribeca took an hour and 40 minutes to deliver my food to me. Totally unreliable.

I love Indian food - and I should given that I'm Indian. But Taj Tribeca simply does not deliver. I ordered the vegetarian pri fix and it was horrible. To begin with the dessert had spilled into the other compartments of the container and this meant my appetizer was ruined. The paneer had a texture similar to rubber and the lentils were flavorless. The dessert they sent was rice pudding but it lacked any depth of flavor and was a horrible brown color. I would not order from here again or recommend it. What they delivered was a tasteless mess.

Have been ordering from here for years, ignoring the rude phone service in favor of the decent Indian food that my children enjoy. Decided to order through seamlessweb for the first time. Wish I had read Chidozie U.'s review first. Ordered a dish, among others, that wasn't on the menu. The order was delivered sans the item listed on the web. When I called to ask why the dish was missing, the waiter said to take it up with seamlessweb, refused to acknowledge the mistake and hung up on me. Bye bye Taj Tribeca.

One of the better Indian restaurants delivering to Tribeca. Their prices are a bit higher then some other places but they use white meat only at no extra cost. Portions are large and delivery is always fast. If you're tired of chicken masala & vindaloo - try their Chicken Chettinad. very rich and spicy curry - my favorite. Definitely worth trying....

This is by far the best indian delivery in Tribeca. Have never eaten at the restaurant, but it looks very clean and worthy of a vist.

Never again. After 1 hour 20 mins and no delivery I called ... But they didn't answer despite repeated calls. I called seamless who had a managers # on file. They answered that! Delivery arrived at almost 2 hours after order placed. Never again

This place used to be fantastic. Great tasting good, decent sized portions. Have ordered twice recently - same result: tiny portions, cold and nasty tasting. Please fix it. Will not risk again at their prices.

Dry chicken, watery sauce, and they forgot my order of paneer. The rice was the only thing that was remotely good. DO NOT GO HERE!

It has been 2 hours and 15 minutes since I placed my order. 45 minutes ago they said it would be here in 10 minutes. 30 minutes ago they said it would be here in 2 minutes. I never received my food.

was a bit spooked by the other negative reviews but oh my! that was one fantastic tikka masala...smooth, velvety and with a fresh yogurt tang. and delivery guy was really nice.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE (PHONE WENT UNANSWERED). SOLD A MEAL THAT DID NOT EXIST ON ITS MENU, YET FAILED TO PROVIDE A REFUND.

Great food. It would be 5 starts if there were more lamb items on the menu and if there was a way to get vegetables as side orders.

This time food was pathetic. Every time we've ordered in the past, it was great. This time it almost seemed like the chef has changed and that's why the food was different and not so good. sorry, not ordering from here anymore.
