Tallgrass Burger

Tallgrass Burger is my new favorite spot!! I've both ordered delivery and eaten in, and it's really good either way. Always order the Classic Burger- the meat tastes really delicious, and the toppings (lettuce, tomato, and onions) look really fresh and beautiful. You must try the garlic fries - such a good idea!! They're awesome, as well as the onion rings too. Really fresh tasting. People there are very nice, and right now they have a buy one get one half off opening special which is a plus. Regardless, the price is not bad compared to other city burger prices- and they taste much much better!!

It's comforting to know where the beef comes from.. Tasty burgers with generous fresh toppings.. The fries need some work, maybe next time I'll just order 2 burgers

I applaud them for sourcing high quality grass-fed, local beef, but that is where my praise ends. They have spent the time getting good meat, but then decided to use crappy quality, frozen (I assume) french fries and onion rings, which is a sad pairing. Also, the bun was too big for the meat, and wasn't bad bread but wasn't great. Love the cheddar option, but unfortunately it didn't really make much impact because there wasn't much of it. I did like the red onions on the burger, they gave a nice punch. Unfortunately the pickles that came with the burger were inedible. Love the concept, and want to support places that are thoughtful about where their meat comes from, but they need to do a little more thinking about the rest of their products too.

1.5 hours and still waiting for my meal. apparently delivery guy gave it to a different apartment in my building but the apt number he gave doesn't exist. Maybe he ate it himself. made another meal and sent it out. was cold and wet.
