My rating is specifically for what I order, which is what I get pretty much every time. I'm from LA, I love Mexican food, and this was the first batch of nachos on the East Coast that I got addicted to. I haven't had the same reaction with the other stuff on their menu, but no negative reactions either. I love the taco cart in my area too, but Taqueria El Fogon's nachos are my sin, my guilty pleasure, the go-to for shamelessly pigging out (on a regular basis). I get them vegetarian (or sometimes with chicken), with black beans instead of pinto. Love the horchata as well.

The quesadilla was awful. Barely any cheese, thick dry tortilla, too many onions and peppers. Just awful. The chips were ok but stale. They get two stars for having a good fish taco and being quick. But I will not order from here again.

probably the best mexican delivery in the neighborhood. Once I got the shrimp burrito and the shrimps were undercooked... but the chicken burrito is good. Authentic flavors good portions etc. They just take an hour to deliver which is advertised...LA burrito's not as authentic/ tasty but they could get to me sometimes in less than 20 mins...

Ok, so this place is really good, and their banana smoothie thing is really good. But they seem to forget something every time I order. I have to write a reminder after each drink or they don't bring it. Otherwise, it's really good.

Great, authentic Mexican food. I've been ordering here for about a year now and have tried many of the dishes. They're not the fastest delivery, but everything has always been hot and fresh when I got it. The Burrito Mojado is a real standout; it's a gigantic wet burrito with a very tasty chili sauce slathered all over it. Like all wet burritos, you'll be eating this one with a fork and knife, not picking it up. Their other burritos are good but so improbably large that you can't really eat them by hand, either; I would recommend sticking with more traditional fare. For some examples of that, try the Alambre, which is (in the Southern, rather than Northern, Mexican style) a skillet-cooked mixture of meat, veggies, and cheese. Think of it like fajitas, except actually Mexican. Or the Parrillada, which is a similar mixed grill of all meats. For a vegetarian option, give the Chili Relleno a try. (Also, I haven't had the Nopales--grilled cactus--at this place, but I've had it other places and if prepared well it is an excellent veggie dish.) The stuff you can get at any Mexican place is also great here: Sincronizadas, Quesadillas, Enchiladas (both Mole and Suizas), and Tacos. That's all I've tried, so I can't speak for the other stuff. They're open for breakfast, too! On the weekends, they have an awesome hangover-cure goat tacos for two in the morning, which is simply awesome. As for the bad? The guacamole is sub-par. It's practically pureed. The Tacos Dorados are sometimes left in the fryer way too long, and all you get is charred meat and rock-hard tortillas. That particular mistake is inexcusable; it's easy to do in a busy kitchen, but when you do it, you toss the mess you made and start over.

I usually get mole enchiladas, which are great. I have also had the sopes which are also quite tasty. But, by far the best thing on the menu is the Banana milkshake.

Quesadilla is very greasy. The tortas are smaller than I thought. The chips were probably the best part of the meal. Probably won't order from here again.

The burrito was the only decent part of this meal and i suspect that is because it was smothered in sauce. The guacamole was really watery and kind of tasted like eggs. I had ordered horchata and they didn't even give me a drink.

Everything was bland. The shrimp burrito consisted of primarily under-seasoned rice and beans, and a spare few tiny, chewy shrimp - at one point I couldn't remember if I had ordered chicken or shrimp. The guacamole was prepared in a blender and incredibly soupy. Overall, nothing tasted terrible, but it was all pretty flavorless.

order took an hour and a half - all of the food was smashed and sauce containers leaking when it arived. i also aparently received the wrong order and an hour later the delivery driver came through my door and was demanding i give him the food back and would not leave. Also the food was pretty bad. Order from Chalulita Bella or Placita on broadway, they are superior and polite.

Burritos arrived lukewarm. Guac looked runny and odd, but I may never get to know what it tastes like. Despite the order of Guac and an additional $30 worth of food, they did not bother to send a single chip. A friendly call back to the restaurant was placed and chips dispatched. Then they called me to blame me for not specifying that I wanted chips. Furthermore, they informed me that they weren't going to correct the situation after all. Lame.
