Ten Japanese Cuisine

Used to order sushi from Fugu / Mura restaurants, but last week I discovered Ten Japanese Cuisine and I liked the food so much that within a week I spent almost $200 with them. If the trend would have continued, I could have easily spent with them ~$500-700 a month. However... Yesterday I ordered at 9:36pm and the food arrived at 11:10pm. I guessed that's fine, it may just be the case I thought that the restaurant had a busy night. So I wasn't happy but didn't think it's a big deal. However the delivery guy basically told me at the door that "next time I should give him more tip, since the restaurant is far", implying that the reason I had to wait one and a half hours was the low tip amount... I guess I'll have to go back to the other sushi places to order food from if I don't want the delivery guy to retaliate by being late or who knows what...

Best specialty roll ever: Ten Roll. Delicious. The Rainbow roll is also a good bet. So glad they deliver to Windsor Terrace!

Their food is an obvious perfect 10. Great quality ingredients and excellent combinations make for the best sushi/Japanese fusion food in the area. Try the Paradise Roll for an exotic sushi roll you can't get anywhere else.

Ten is one of the finest Japanese restaurants I've ever encoutnered. Spectacular entrees (try the duck!) and the best sushi (have a Paradise Roll!) combined with friendly waitstaff put this in the top of my list for must-try in Brooklyn.

I ordered the 2 "no rice" rolls because I don't eat grains. Big mistake. They were mushy and disgusting. Also ordered the tuna spiral appetizer which was essentially a huge pile of mushy chopped raw spicy tuna. Really badly executed. I wound up literally throwing the whole order ($40 +) in the garbage. Never again.

unfortunately this place has changed quite a bit. it was consistently good but the last 2 times the food was different and delivery was off. was there a change in ownership? always get steak hibachi and now it comes with a mushroom side thing and no sauce - anyway, looks like it's time to move on.

I've ordered from here a few times. The food tastes fresh and the kitchen entrees always arrive nice and warm. My husband gets sushi and it's good quality fish. Well-presented, too! They typically include a free cup of fruit salad. I gave the fifth star because thus far they are the ONLY restaurant that has ever carried out the special instructions I've given with my order. Delivery guys are friendly, too! Very solid choice.

My order was nothing special - miso soup, california rolls, shrimp tempura, pork gyoza. But everything arrived hot and tasted great. It was a lot of food for one person.

After an hour and a half I call and the order was never put in! They still wanted to charge me for the food is they were going to sent, yeah right you can keep it! second time this happened with them. Never never again!

Order took over an hour. Gyoza was cold. Rolls lacked fish. There was a lot of mayo or whatever filler they were using, but not much substance.
