I thought I would try a new place tonight and ordered from Tesoro. The food was okay, but I ordered "Ravioli di Carne" and the menu clearly stated: La Pasta Served with a side salad and bread. When the food arrived, there was no salad. I called the restaurant and the woman I spoke with kept arguing with me, telling me that I must have read the menu "wrong" and that the side salad costs $2.50. I asked her if she looked at the menu on Seamless, because it was clearly there, but she said unfortunately, she couldn't. Though she apologized, she was unwilling to honor the menu. Also, the driver arrived and wanted me to sign for the food, but had no pen, which resulted in my having to frantically search for one in my apartment. I doubt I'll order from them again, as I prefer to get what I think I am ordering (i.e., what's listed on the menu) and I don't appreciate the hassle of having to call them to check on food.
