Thailand

I was a frequent customer of Thailand until today when I found an inch and half metal object (looked more like a copper staple) in my Green Curry Dish. I contacted the Restaurant regarding the issue and they were completely apathetic and told me to contact Seamless for a refund. I was not shocked - I had prior issue issue with the Restaurant about a month ago when I ordered a main course item for delivery and received the lunch menu size. After today's event, I advise not to eat here. I will be taking this up with the department of health.

Horrible ! If you are reading the reviews and it says ethnic thai well its not at all. No flavors, frozen dumplings, drunken noodles was microwaved. Really poorly prepared and shouldn't be called Thailand.

On a blustery, cold, snowy, nor'easter evening, 3 young and modern friends decide to order food at Thailand. We were doubtful that this would be delivered on time; the weather out was so very ... blustery. Right? WRONG! The food came in 20 minutes. It was delicious and hot. Thank you Thailand. Not the country, but the RESTAURANT. But thank you Thailand the country for the delicious cuisine.

It's difficult to enjoy dinner when it arrives at 10pm, 90 minutes after it was placed. Two phone calls, lots of "what, he's not there?!?" and not a single apology or action to make us want to ever order again. Food was mediocre at best.

Everything was fantastic and delivery was quick. Chicken satay, wrapped shrimp,chicken soup with garlic and dumplings, kaprow, and house special pork chop dish. We order from here a lot. It's always good, though quality does vary, but last night who ever was in the kitchen hit it out of the park!

Excellent food! great flavor, reasonable price. And they are so fast and nice! First time order, will definitely order again. I got the Panang Curry with tofu, and it was great!

If you're going to provide beverages for take out, make sure you SEAL them properly. A third of a $3.00 Thai Iced Tea was floating around the bottom of my bag.

They messed up the order and sent me completely wrong entree. I called and they sent me new food, but by then I had been waiting an hour and had to go back and forth 4 times to get the delivery (in an office building). They didn't tell me on the phone to return the wrong entree, so when I went to get the food he wouldn't give me the new entree without the old one so I had to go back up and down just to get the thing I had ordered in the first place. Makes me wonder what they're going to do with the wrong entree - hopefully not serve it since how can they know that I didn't open it or eat some of it? Also, if they had let me keep it and I got a free meal out of their mistake, I would feel like they had compensated. Instead I feel like I paid full price for running up and down and down the stairs for food that took an hour to get to me. Overall the food was ok - a little greasy.
