ThaiNY you messed up today :-( You need to pay attention to the delivery time indicated on the order, otherwise it becomes invalid and problematic especially for a future meeting. We ordered for a 12:30 meeting at around 11 am and the food showed up at 11:45. We called the restaurant to tell them that we cannot accept the order at the time and we received another delivery phone call at 12:05. Again, we were unable to accept it. Then 12:30 rolled around ... then 12:45 .. and I had to finally call at 12:50 about the order. The woman was nice, but she had to "resend the order" because apparently they forgot. It's now 1:05 and still waiting ... Unfortunately, nothing was offered for the mistake. But what can you do?

rice noodle with broccoli and beef is my favorite dish to order during the lunch special (it's basically pad see ew). ThaiNY consistently delivers on time, low (or no?) minimum order price and the portion is generous enough that I can usually split it between 2 meals. great deal - you get more than what you paid for!

Can't stand that there are no good Thai places in my neighborhood. ThaiNY used to be my solid go to. Not the best but passable. Tonight the food came fast and wasn't terrible but there were green and red peppers in every single dish I ordered and the menu said nothing about this nor were they there the last many many times I ordered. I hate peppers so this is a problem for me! The curry was extremely watery and not the creamy sauce it normally is. I was able to eat it but I am not sure I will order from this place again as it has just gone downhill. If anyone knows of a great thai place let me know!

Delicious food, generous portions. Staff is friendly and food is prepared quickly. I don't live in this neighborhood anymore but I definitely miss ThaiNY!

The best of a bad situation, and by bad situation I mean the Thai situation from Gramercy to Turtle Bay. Simply not enough good selection that differentiates one place from the next. ThaiNY is reliable but not overwhelming quality.

Waited for 2 hours, the delivery guy called and said he was outside our door. He was not. After we told him he was at the wrong building, he yelled at us to go outside and get the food. We went outside and he was not there. Then refused to answer our calls, until he finally figured out he was at the wrong building. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

pick up experience was a pain! Please don't ignore your customers!! The food was really good - Not the best but fresh and tasty and reasonably priced I'll go back, but maybe delivery.

Ordered the veggie & tofu pad thai- yum! exactly what I wanted! What's incredible is that I ordered at 8:14pm and am enjoying the delicious food at 8:26 (albeit, I live around the corner). I can't wait to try the other stuff on the menu!

I was actually surprised when I read the reviews below. I ordered A Spicy Noodle dish and it arrived within 15 minutes- which is surprising given I live 3 avenues and 5 blocks away. The food was warm, fresh and pretty decent. My only complaint- I ordered my dish very spicy..it was mild at best.

If I could have given them 1 star I would have. I used to love ordering from this place until I recently placed an order and did not receive my food. As it was 30 mins past the delivery time stated, I called the restaurant and they assured me that it was on its way. After another 15 minutes with no food I called back and was hung up on. I tried calling back again but the restaurant would not answer as they knew my number. This was terrible customer service and I will not order from here again.

Food was just okay, much spicier than I asked for. It took 1.5 hours to arrive, when it said 30-45 minutes. I will not order from them again.

Ordered the "47" Fried Rice, reputed to be spicy and a 'house' special. It was not spicy at all and the delivery took much longer than promised. Won't be ordering from them again.
