The Bagel Mill

I have ordered many times from the Bagel Mill and many orders have been wrong. As much as I would like to give a positive review, unfortunately, I am unable to at this time. Rushing orders out incorrectly seems more important than reviewing what was actually submitted. I would say either walk and place your order in person or find a new place to get breakfast from. I think I'm on to the next one...

Food arrived over 1 hour and 15 mins late, the food was cold and soggy and the guy on the phone could care less. The bagels were not fresh.

Order from here quite a bit. Good bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Delivery doesnt take too long normally, but on the weekends it can take towards the upper time limit.

So upset they no longer offer The Bagel Blitz. Was the perfect option when you want to order more than 1 bagel, but less than a dozen. Sigh.

Good bagels and cream cheese. I had a problem with my latest order--they forgot the egg sandwich. I called and explained the problem, and within twenty minutes they delivered the sandwich--I was pleased with how they resolved the problem. I will definitely order from them again.

I've ordered from all the UES bagel places on Seamless and this is my favorite. The delivery was fast and the delivery guy was very kind as well -- he even brought a package up to my apartment that was sitting in the lobby. Perfect all around.

Awesome! My favorite bagel place on the Upper East Side. Consistently high quality every time. Was very sad when they closed due to fire for many months, but they are back and better than ever.

They forgot the bagel! I ordered an egg with homefries breakfast that was supposed to include it. Just called and asked them to please deliver it - I asked for cream cheese and was told it did not come with the breakfast I ordered.

Never ordering again. Confirmation said 30-45 minutes. After 50 minutes, I called and received the most disinterested service I've ever experienced from a retailer. Told me the order was "leaving in 2 minutes." Not okay. It's currently been 75 minutes and still waiting.
