The Bagel Store

The woman who works the phone is INCREDIBLY rude! With so many excellent establishments in the neighborhood, there is no reason to support a place like this. Help better the neighborhood by choosing to spend money literally anywhere else. 10:23- order confirmed 10:24- I received a phone call letting me know they no longer carry one of the items I ordered (soup) and asked if I'd rather have a bag of Bagels. When I said no to the bagels they said I'd have to call seamless to get the refund of that item. 10:27- I called seamless to refund me the price of the soup 10:48- I received a second phone call asking me to instead come pick up my order because they were backed up. when I said no, she said it would be 1.5-2 hours before I would get my order 10:50- I call seamless AGAIN to cancel the entire order.

I waited over an hour for the food and it NEVER came! When I called it took THREE people to tell me the order never went through(even though THEY confirmed it through email, so it had to go through) . The woman was so condescending and RUDE over the phone. She kept cutting me off saying rude comments about how there's nothing they could do and if they redid the order it would be ANOTHER hour and a half. I called seamless and they informed me the bagel place got the order and lost it. Which I figured bc the confirmation came through from them. I'll order from the bagel smith down the street from them now. Not because of the order mess up but because of that rude woman.

Food is always good but they take forever to deliver. Usually takes about 2 hour if you want anything more than a bagel with cream cheese. I'll probably stop ordering from them since they are starting to make this a habit.

While the wait time can be a little long (they are very up front about it), it is well worth the wait. The bagels are crisp on the outside but so soft on the inside. The selection of bagels is truly amazing. My favorites: Egg Sesame with cucumber and cream cheese or Multi-grain everything with egg whites, hot sauce, and cheddar. Don't forget the coffee- very good coffee as well!

3 Bagels and one apple juice took 1 1/2 hours and when they finally arrived the order was wrong....embarrassing. Its BAGELS not fine dining - how could you possibly get this wrong?

I still don't understand why I can order food from pretty much every restaurant in the neighborhood and have it delivered to me in about 30-40 minutes, but anytime I order ONE BAGEL WITH LOX it takes 90-120 minutes to get here. Oh, and toasted means toasted... NOT BURNT.

waited 2 hours and still no delivery. go to store if you actually want to receive your food in a reasonable amount of time.

If you don't mind waiting over an hour (consistently) for your food, they do have pretty good bagels. They are inconsistent with their portions.

Bagels are good, Delivery is AWFUL. took over an hour. Also never order something that isn't a bagel and cream cheese. I just got a Steak Egg and Cheese platter. my Steak was GREEN. It's a shame because I have enjoyed the bagels here for years but this recent experience made me never want to eat there again.

Bagels are great, but definately recommend ordering on seamless and then picking up. Guy at register consistently overcharges. Wonder if he pockets the money.

An hour and a half for 3 bagels and coffee. Also, every time we get our coffee most of it has spilled out all over the bagels and soaked them---as well as the entire bag. dissapointing.

Consistently great bagel sandwiches and sides. Sometimes it gets busy on the weekends so delivery can take awhile.
