The Bigger Place

Love the Bigger Place! The food always is fresh, and is very tasty!! This is not the regular heavy greasy mexican-american fare you will find at most places in the city. The food is light and not greasy, but the portions are still filling and you get your moneys worth. I love that this place also has LOTS of delicious Vegetarian options. And on top of all this, they always deliver very promptly, often in 20 minutes. Just a good place to order from!

Pretty bland mexican. Probably a 2.5 for the food, but 2 stars makes sense given it took more than an hour to arrive when it stated the wait time as 15-30 min - the reason I got it in the first place.

this is mexican food? some of the blandest food I've eaten in FiDi, which is saying a lot. while there aren't many mexican options down here worth trying, this restaurant should be placed near the bottom of the list. I am trained as a chef and have to say that it is difficult to prepare food that has as little flavor as the food found here.

Recently re-tried this place. Solid horchata, steak tacos with rice, salad made a pretty good dinner. They put my dressing on the side as asked. Am pleased!

I'm not sure if I caught this place on a bad day which is the only reason I'm not giving a one star review. For the money the quality of the food was terrible. Yes, they are generous with the amount of guacamole you get for $6 but to me it was completely inedible. Overly spicy (I love spicy food but this was just bad) and obviously largely sour cream. The shrimp tacos which people rave about had maybe 5 shrimp total between the 3 tacos. I would never order from here again.

Wow, what a find! Best Mexican delivery I've ever had. In fact, best Mexican I've had in NY, period. Delivery was quick, the food was top notch in taste and quality, and the price is reasonable. Getting hungry again just thinking about this place.

This place is terrific. Their food, unlike other Mexican restaurants in the neighborhood, is made with some love. For the price I don't think you'll do better. Haven't had it often enough yet to give 5 stars but its on its way!

I ordered the City Hall - 2 Chicken Enchiladas that were tiny with barely any chicken which would be fine if it didn't taste awful. Would never order from this place again

I moved to NY 2 years from San Diego, CA. I have tried lots of Mexican food here in NY and always been sorely disappointed. When I found this place last week I was overjoyed. Finally, some good Mexican food in NY!! And it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I've only tried the burritos so far, but they are absolutely delicious. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place, even for someone with high standards on Mexican food.

I keep coming back to this place. i have ordered a few things on the menu and the chorizo dishes are very greasy, but i have to say that the food is very tasty. the chicken quesidillas are great. the only thing that i haven't been pleased with are the soups.

I was really impressed with my first order, and am going back for my second now. I am very picky with my Mexican, I grew up in Houston. So, for whatever it's worth, right now, I say yes to this place!

To reiterate, chicken tamales are great, as are the mole enchiladas. Their rice is fluffy and delectable, like clouds (excuse the stupid simile, I like rice). All around good "place". I'm usually really disappointed with Mexican food in the city, but this restaurant is now definitely on my roster of regular places to order delivery from. Even though it doesn't have that authentic heat that I'm used to, it still delivers on the quality and taste that is difficult to come by in Mexican restaurants, or, eck, the "tex-mex" chains in nyc. Anyway, I have my own nefarious ploys to spice things up. I'm glad that now I can order some decent Mexican food on seamlessweb. Simple, flavorful food, and they're generous too. 5 stars from me. It does the trick.

Have been horrible for the past year...used to live their enchilada poblanos but they have put the wrong sauce on 4 times in a row ...never give you the right kind of jarritos ...disappointed the first 5 years I'd been ordering from there were good
