The delivery estimate is 15-30 mins. I called to check on the order at the 1hr mark and was told "he just left". So here I am, 90 mins after ordering... Called again to hear exactly the same excuse. I cancelled the order. DO NOT ORDER! Awful service.

Late and cold. Service was poor - had to speak to both delivery man and restaurant manager on the phone and a language barrier made it challenging to communicate.

The delivery estimate was 15-30 minutes and they took 80 min to deliver the food... even though my location was about 6 blocks away. I called several times, but they just gave me a lot of excuses and didn't even think to apologize that it was taking so long. Am definitely not ordering from here again if I want to receive my food in a timely manner.

Food was good, but instead of the 15-30 minutes they said it would take to get to me, it took over an hour. Not impressed with their delivery times, or their ability to set expectations.

Food is good and cheap, but delivery timing and confirmation is too shady. One time I ordered, and it eventually arrived an hour later and I never received a confirmation. Another time, I received a confirmation but Seamless called me and said they couldn't confirm the order and they were going to cancel it. My order arrived an hour later anyway?

I ordered my boss's food from here because it said it would 15-30 minutes. It took 60 minutes - their delivery guys walk, that is why.

very poor service. they ran out of something, and instead of calling me to specify a replacement, they just didn't deliver at all. i had to call them after waiting 45 minutes, after which i had to hold for 10 minutes and then waited even longer for my food to arrive.

Will not order from here again. I ordered a plain tuna salad sandwich on white bread with chips and a water for delivery at 10:30am - so simple. When I called at 11:45am (over an hour later) to ask where it was, I was told they are "very short staffe"d and they will try to get to it as soon as possible. I asked to speak with the manager who said that her boss was a very busy chef and he would say they are too busy and will get to my order asap. When I asked for a refund I was told to speak with seamlessweb. I never give bad reviews but no one should have to deal with such poor service when there are so many other options out there.

this is a rating of the indonesian chicken salad. the dressing is curry based. Not much peanut anywhere.

Ordered omelets with my roommate, and they both came cold and the toast was cold and hard. The omelet was slimey...too much oil. They also forgot my hash browns and when I called to tell them (nicely), they were very rude.
