Really fast, really good. It's Passover, and they were able to accommodate my annoying requests of leaving out anything bread/corn related, and for that, I am grateful! Definitely ordering from here again.

Ordered breakfast Sunday morning on our hotel. They were literally right next door. Food came 30 later than they said. It was all cold. They forgot requested sides like hot sauce and the bagel with cream cheese and lox was missing the cream cheese. We called and asked them to deliver the cream cheese and waited another 35 minutes. We should get a total refund.

The delivery is quick, the food is always pipping hot, fresh and mouth watering. Eggs made exactly to order (soft scramble done perfectly), burgers, that when they arrive, have fresh buns (not greased down into mush) and perfectly prepared. And their smoothies are the yummiest around! I have been ordering from many places since beginning to work in the City and The Red Flame, hands down, is the best! The staff is always accommodating on making changes, and their delivery staff is always courteous and fast. If you have not yet given them a chance, I suggest you do, you will not be disappointed!

This is the first place that actually sent me home fries (as ordered) with an omelette instead of sticking me with french fries. Thank goodness. The food was great, it was terrific to not get stuck with french fries just because it was lunch time, and the food was delivered in probably recordbreaking time. Granted, I'm only a few blocks away, but my experience has been that a food order can still take 30-45 minutes for delivery. I think this order was here in 15 minutes. My new favorite and I will definitely be ordering again.

Horrible. Stay away. Pastrami was hard (hard I say!) and tasteless. The onion rings were cold and it was only delivered about one block to me. The delivery was fast--which might usually be a good thing, but just meant that I got this terrible food sooner rather than later...

Our office moved to the W 44th st location across from the Diner last yr , we have been buying breakfast , lunch & on some late nights even dinner here . Service is always quick , everyone is very polite . Friendly enviornment ,convenient to all. I highly recommend a try .
