The Smith

I have had a lot of good food at The Smith, but I just got delivered some of the worst breakfast food I've ever had. The chicken sausage was flavorless, the eggs tasted like sponges, and everything was room temperature or cold. Also, the $5 side of bacon was 2 and a half strips of rock hard bacon crumbles. I feel like I should have just set fire to the $20 I paid for this mess. It did come in 30 minutes, which is why I gave them a star.

I was so utterly stoked to find that the Smith delivered to me. Slightly long time for delivery, but I guess I am at the edge of the zone, and so worth it anyway. They do a great job packaging too, so it gets here in good shape. Yum!

Food is good. Some items overpriced. Dont like that they force a minimum for tip. Especially when I'm always waiting 1.5 hours for my delivery. Their % is very high and with overpriced items it just over inflates the tip to an unreasonable amount.

Not worth the price at all. I ordered a GRILLED shrimp salad and had to cook the shrimp when they arrived. Save your money!!!

I keep ordering the gnocchi with truffle, it's so good, but I am so sad that the kale salad is no longer offered. It was amazing!

Mediocre food, extremely late delivery. Estimated at 45-60 mins and had to call an hour and 20 minutes later and it was just leaving the restaurant, so the fries were a soggy mess.

The food is great, but the delivery leaves something to be desired. They up the delivery time estimate after every order to 60-75 minutes and then can't even fulfill that.

this is a total standard for me and strangely i like to order from this place more than i like to go there. The tomato soup is ideal on rainy days. The steak is good, the Béarnaise is delicious. Lately the croutons on the ceasar salad have gone weird. They used to be toast sized crisps now they are weird old pieces of pita with cheese melted on top.

I ordered a chicken pot pie that was inedible. The pastry had so much salt on top of it that I had to peel it off and throw it out. I mean, big chunks of salt that I tried to scrape off, but it was hopeless. What was then left was a small portion of carrots and chicken cubes in a gooey beige gravy. It was expensive, too, so I was out $15 and had no lunch. I won't order from here again.

I have ordered from locations further than this from my home and not had to wait as long. They claim 50-65 minutes - try more like 80-90. While the food is good - not worth how long you have to wait for it to get to you.

WHOA! What happened to this place? It never had good prices, but they just got much worse. 40 dollars for a salad, and a steak! Delivery takes forever too - food is good but its not 40 dollars good.

first time I ordered was good enough to make me order again. The second time was terrible. Took forever (1:15min) got the order wrong and the burger wasn't cooked all the way. Not making that mistake twice
