Don't order from this place. I order from Seamless regularly for my job (unfortunately). In the range of poor choices available, I find Upper Crust to amongst the worst. The pizza is mediocre, which I've come to expect from Seamless. But more to the point 2.5 hours to deliver to a building on the same block is abysmal. I have never had Upper Crust deliver in under 2 hours, despite a stated delivery time of 45 to 60 minutes. I am the fool for ordering from them once more - because today was the worst. Not only has it been 2.5 hours - but when I called at 2 hours they ostensibly checked my order and told me it was out for delivery. Half an hour later they still have not delivered or, as it turns out when I call back, even started cooking my food. The only thing even more disappointing is the fact that Seamless's interface doesn't allow you to read reviews. And now - virtually nothing is even open to order from as an alternative. End result - mediocre pizza is not worth the hassle.

I'm not one to complain, but my meal was only partially delivered at first and I had to call back to get my salad. While I sat and ate the slice of cheese and spinach squares, I just kept thinking.. they have no business charging over $3 for a slice. It's paper thin and the sauce is really cheap. When I finally got my salad, it was also unimpressive. It also had a bug in it. Not very upset with them but I won't be ordering here again.

I've ordered from here twice because I thought the first time was a fluke. The delivery took over an hour long, and the pizza was barely warm both times. Never again.
