The Vegetable Garden

I've been ordering from Vegetable Garden for a while, and have always shot down the naysayers on the reviews section. Sure, their food isn't the best, but the prices are good, the variety is there, the quality is decent and I've never had any of the problems with delivery or timing. Until now. Not only was my order two hours (two hours, that's 120 minutes, when the stipulated time was 20-35) late, but when it arrived it was completely wrong: My capitalized instructions of NO TOMATOES, PLEASE had somehow been translated as PLENTY OF TOMATOES, THANKS and my white shake was replaced with pink. I had no time to call the store and dispute it (at that hour, i was practically out the door) until later, when I was told to call tomorrow for a free lunch. I wanted the refund, but, sure. The next day, I called to find that nothing was available on the menu - and now am waiting for the Seamless refund. Advice to Vegetable Garden, who I still like for their food quality and variety: If your restaurant is getting busy and the wait time is up, update it in Seamless. If you have less variety today than yesterday, tell us and apologize. the end.

i ordered flounder and this is not fried. But calling doesn't help. They do what they want. This is the last time I order from vegetable garden.

I used to have the same issues with the Vegetable Garden as the other reviewers, to the extent that I stopper ordering from them for a while. But due to the lack of kosher breakfast choices in the area, i ordered from them again. The last couple of weeks they appear to have really made an effort to increase their customer service. The last two orders I placed with them were delivered within a half hour and the orders were all correct. So kudos to them and as long as this trend continues I will continue to order from them.

I order from Vegetable Garden a couple of times a week. They deliver on time, have great food and are a pleasure to speak to whenever the situation calls for it. Give them a chance.

The food is very good and the delivery time has been fast. My orders have been arriving 15-20 minutes after I placed them. Plus, the food is reasonable priced. The Vegetable Garden is great for any meal of the day.

WORST FOOD EVER! the supposed grilled vegetable wrap never touched the grill the vegetables were soaked in about a cup of oil dripping out of the bag. the salad had dressing that could have been soup even after it spilled all over the bag i still could have eaten the dressing with a spoon! the food was more than 25 minutes after the time they said. they didn't have something i ordered so they called to substitute it with something else. HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! the only thing right about my order was the can of soda

Food is pretty good, but service, delivery times and general customer-friendlness can be improved.. EDIT: They seem to have gotten better of late.

The service is horrible. I have no idea how the food is and I'll never find out. Stated delivery estimate of 20 to 35 minutes. One hour later still waiting on the food. Called the restaurant 3 times and each time they say the delivery went out "a long time ago." So even when the food arrives, it will be cold.
