I am not the sort of guy that normally writes reviews for places but I have been ordering from toasties for quite some time and EVERYTHING I have ordered has always been top notch and arrived on time. I highly endorse Toasties for anyone looking for a great lunch option

I always have great experiences with Toasties. I eat breakfast and lunch here frequently. They deliver quickly and up to my floor. The food is always tasty!

Staff is extremely rude every time I call or have a problem with delivery. EXTREMELY RUDE. Complete lack of customer service skills. I pre-ordered for a large conference and indicated the delivery time for 1PM. The delivery guy showed up at 12:08 with the food! When I tried calling Toasties directly, the line was busy for about 20 minutes. The delivery guy had to wait, since I was in a meeting (the whole reason I ordered for delivery for 1PM) and he was visibly upset about it. Don't bother with them. If they treat their customers like this, they probably have no qualms about spitting in your food, either.

I ordered for lunch at work. The delivery guy got to my office building but did not come up to my office and drop off the food. I gotta give him credit for trying to contact me, but I expected him to drop my food off at the reception. Terrible delivery experience... it does not help even if the food tasted good. The pastrami sandwich is good. Definitely a pick-up location - not for delivery.

I was sick and ordered in chicken soup, and it was just what the doctor ordered. Fast, delicious, and cheap! What more can you ask for? A classic lunch option.

I am not sure what the issue is for everyone else but I order from here VERY frequently due to their super quick delivery and amazing sandwiches. I have never had to wait in the lobby for my food, it is always delivered directly to my floor and the food is always incredible. I've never had a bad breakfast or lunch here.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered this an hour EARLY for a 1pm meeting and the food hasnt even arrived at 1:20. Delivery estimate 15-30 minutes.

I always order "whole wheat" bread, but NEVER got whole wheat, but white bread or roll instead. This is irresponsible.

Buyer be aware that it can take up to *1 hour* to get a simple sandwich delivered. The delivery persons often call in advance before they arrive so you have to wait for them in your lobby (after waiting for 1 hour after placing your order). The food is generally good but the delivery service is not reliable.

Sometimes the wraps are a little wet depending on the sauce, but overall a great staple with speedy delivery.
