Tony's Pizza & Pasta

Pizza is good although it is not the best in the area. The worst part is the awful service. My order wasn't even finished an hour after I had placed it and it took another 30 minutes to delivery when I am three blocks away. I will certainly not be ordering again.

Took over 2 hours and 3 phone calls for the pizza to get here. When it did it was cold, not warm, but really cold. The delivery guy shrugged and then called his boss who said to me "yeah, sorry. What do you want me to do? I can make another and send it out." When I explained that my son needed to go to bed that I dont have time to wait for another he didn't offer any sort of refund- I had to ask for one, to which he responded "I'll do right next time you order." I have no idea what this will end up meaning, if it means anything at all.

Too much hassle for mediocre pizza. It took over 1.5 hours to deliver 2 slices of pizza. When it did arrive it was ice cold.

Excellent Pepperoni Pizza! every pie I got has been really good. Try the Penne ala Vodka dish too, you'll be pleasantly surprised. My go to dish is their Caesar Salad with Grilled chicken.

When Tony's is good, it's very good. And when it's not... well, let's just say that the last few experiences were not. Delivery took 70+ minutes. Food cold. Tony's can be so great when they want to be. If they can't deliver within the agreed upon time with Seamless timelines, then why not change them?

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. When they're running on all cylinders, they serve classic northeast greasy pizza place food that hits all the perfect notes. Other times, not so much. Once they forgot my 2 liter soda and it took over a half an hour to get it to me...they were less than contrite about it. C'mon, dude, you expect me to eat an extra large pepperoni with no coca cola to wash it down with?! Please. And when you call and order, every time, all you hear is a gruff call and response: "Tony's." "Pick up or delivery?" "Whaddayawant?" "address?" "telephone numbah?" "gimmeabout thirty, thirty-five minutes."

Pizza is lousy. Sandwiches are unremarkable but fine. Pasta dishes are heavy but good, and that's what I usually order from here. I recommend the carbonara, lasagna, or any of the parmigiana with baked pasta options.

Pizza was totally just mediocre. In fact, it was a little bit watery from the toppings, which makes it even less than average. Not only that, but the delivery took over 90 minutes!! This was after they confirmed that it would be a 35-50 minute delivery time frame. Called after an hour and they told me that they were just backed up and it would be 10 more minutes (which was actually over 30). Will not order from here again!
