If you don't mind that it takes 2 hours for a salad to come then by all means order from 'Tossed'.

horrible delivery time, happened twice or more. if you want to make sure your food gets where you are within an hour? dont order from Tossed.

I've ordered from Tossed several times in the past and generally like the food, especially their salads. BUT my experience with them from earlier tonight warrants this one-star review. The estimated delivery time was 25-40 minutes. 50 minutes after I placed the order, I called the restaurant who then said the delivery man was "on the way". He finally arrived 20 minutes late - a full 70 minutes after I placed the order. By the time the food arrived, the salad was a soggy mess and the smoothie was completely melted. What a disappointment!

SO good... delivery was so fast (20 min)... everything arrived perfectly as I ordered it (and I made a lot of substitutions/special orders)... everything tasted great. They even gave me a free bag of Sun Chips. Prices were so reasonable! I will order from Tossed again and again!

I have ordered the Tossed Signature Salad twice and it's fantastic, but I made the mistake of ordering a "fresh fruit smoothie" which was actually just a half-frozen fruit punch. It tasted like capri-sun. I suspect it was loaded with either sugar or artificial sweetener so I just poured it down the drain. Absolutely horrible. I'm not clear on how this is a fresh fruit smoothie?

I was given an estimated delivery time of 15 to 30 minutes, but despite the restaraunt being only a couple blocks away it took over an hour for my food to arrive. With no word or explanation from Tossed. They also mixed in one of the ingredients that I had specifically requested be put on the side.

I am consistently disappointed with Tossed. The selection is nice but the vegetables do not taste fresh. The lettuce is not crisp and tastes a bit like chemical preservative. All of the dressings are really bad - watch out for the Asian flavor as it is pure Sesame oil.

Summer salad was exceptional. Crepe is a bit dry. Maple Cider dressing is very interesting - very complimentary to Summer Salad! Delivery in just about 35 minutes. Tossed is very thorough and efficient. Would definitely order from again.

Put in an order and time said 30-45 minutes. Almost and hour and a half later I called and they said they got the order, but didn't put it in. They offered to refund or make it again, it was also night so pretty much ruined the thought of a timely dinner! Cancelled order so never actually ate the food. Was not impressed with the response when I called though.

Constantly late (the last time by an hour), sometimes don't include all items, give the delivery persons the wrong phone numbers; just not worth the hassle.

Food is decent, but both times I have ordered, they have taken more than an hour over the estimated time for delivery. And each time I have ordered, they have forgotten multiple items upon delivery.
