They gave me a delivery time of 15 mins. After an hour, I called and they kept saying 5 minutes on the phone. Only after threatening that I will call seamless and get a refund/ complain about them did I get my food. Horrible experience. Please do not waste your money ordering from this place.

Always show up on time. Food is good and worth the prices. Taking off a star because they forgot my drink once but they apologized profusely and got it to me quickly

I had to be careful eating the chicken Quesadilla. I only stuck to the side with cheap cheddar and onions because the chicken packed over on to one side was unbearably dry and tasted rotten. No amount of sour cream, salsa or tobasco could cover the bad taste, and I gave up after I bit down onto a piece of plastic. Stick to ordering things that are failsafe from this place: prepackaged cookies and soda.

Hands down, the worst food delivery experience I have ever had in my life. I didn't receive the food until one hour after the maximum estimated time. I called three times to get an update on where my food was, and each time the person on the phone would lie and say 5 more minutes. When the food arrives, my friend and I start eating the cold food. If you're looking for a burger that tastes like cardboard, with old, brown lettuce and patties stiffer than morning wood, this is your spot. The chicken strips were about 3 inches long and tasted "amazing" with the watered-down honey mustard. The fries had basically no potatoes in them, but instead had a THICK deep fried coat. Thankfully, I didn't try the Classic Chicken TozT. My friend said verbatom, "How is your food, I just had to force that down." I was happy about one part of my order though. Ketchup packets were included. I had just enough to generously cover half of my burger to overpower it's horrible taste. Once I ran out of packets, I threw the burger right where it belonged - in the trash. By the way, I am a very humble eater. I normally eat anything and everything that is in my reach, but this place was just absurd. Vile enough for me to write up this review at 2:30 AM. I will NEVER give this place business again and hope that people learn from my lesson.

I order from here every work day, they are always on point. Always on time, and always fill any special request I make. If there was anytime they needed to call me they've always been professional on the phone as well. Def. my fave restaurant to order from, I highly recommend the food from here. Breakfast and lunch time, THEY DO NOT PLAY!! :) You guys are the best.

The first time I ordered from Tozt Cafe was around 4 months ago, and since then, it is literally the only store I order from on Seamless. The food tastes amazing but not too greasy or heavy to put a college student cramming for tests in the wee hours of the night into a food coma. I'd say the delivery time if pretty efficient compared to other stores, and the food is always warm and delicious smelling when it's placed into my hands. Love it!

would give these guys a "0" if it was possible. Was told 15-30 minutes, it's now over 75 minutes later and I'm still waiting. After 45 minutes, I started calling the restaurant and twice was told "5 minutes"....30 minutes later I am still waiting. bunch of clowns.

Terrible experience all round. My order arrived 45 minutes later than the upper end of the estimated delivery time. So naturally, the food was cold (I ordered linguine with meatballs). I ordered Coke, but they sent Pepsi instead (the menu lists both). The brownie was dry as a brick. The linguine with meatballs was okay - probably would've warranted a rating of three stars or so if it wasn't for all the other issues.
