Trattoria Alba

This is one of our regular "go to" spots and were ecstatic when they (finally) started delivering and even more excited to discover it's finally been added to Seamlessweb! The food is high quality and consistently delicious (best chicken parm around, according to my hubby, and my fave is the fettuccini melanzane) although occasionally delivery is on the oily side (pasta sauces) and portion size varies at times. It definitely is a bit pricey ($5 extra for a side of pasta and $9 for a small side of broccoli rabe...come on...). Food arrives quickly and hot but it helps that we are only 3 blocks away so probably depends on where you live. All in all, I'd recommend actually visiting the restaurant for a romantic/cozy dining experience but if you're craving a night at home with some great Italian comfort food, Trattoria Alba delivers!

I used to eat here when I lived in Murray Hill. The food is good but their delivery is awful. It's always way longer than the estimate suggests it will be. Too bad, not worth it!

unbelievable italian. mozzarella en carozza was amazing. penne vodka was amazing. fast delivery, nice delivery guy. this place will be my go-to for italian delivery. only bad thing, it is a bit pricey. but honestly, it's fat tuesday and it's worth it!

Can I give ZERO stars!??! I read all the reviews and proceeded my order with caution. I ordered soup and a dessert. $25 dollars and 45 minutes later, the wrong soup and dessert was delivered to me. I mean for $25, I feel that they shouldn't just select the items they want to send you. You should receive what you order. When I called the restaurant, they offered no remedy to the solution. Just a "sorry". Terrible customer service. Terrible. Terrible. Oh and the food wasn't even good.

LOVE this place! Dining in or taking out - the food is always amazing! Highly recommend the Insalata Tricolore, Tortellini with Walnuts and Cream Sauce, and their Tiramisu is AMAZING!

Pasta was a bit oily, too much celery in the veg, bread wasn't the best. Not worth the price. Friendly delivery man though.

Always consistently great. Especially the Caesar Salad and the Spaghette Alla Carbonara. It's our neighborhood go-to Italian restaurant.

Kind of like bad, catered wedding food. Caesar salad was wet, too salty, not mixed well; chicken was salty with over-processed, too much flour sauce; vegetables on the side looked dry, shrivled-up, old and overcooked; pasta was terribly overcooked and salty.

Really delicious fresh pasta! Gave us just the carbo boost we needed before running a half marathon the next day.

Delevery in time 40minutes... (with the good tip it was a minimum...) But dessert missing. I call and ask for it... And I receive it more than 1 hour later! The tart was Ok, the pasta also...
