Tribeca's Cornerstone

Poor Service: I placed an order with Tribeca's Cornerstone at 6:25pm today. I just called at 8pm as the food has not arrived yet. Not only did they not apologize, they did not offer to check if the order had gone out or contact the delivery person if it had.

Once again, did not deliver what I ordered. WHEAT PITA, WHEAT PITA, WHEAT PITA. Although it was tasty, I want what I ordered.

Really unreliable. Stated delivery time was 15-30 minutes. One hour and 10 minutes later, I still don't have my order, and they're not answering the phone.

I ordered at 6:58pm expecting the food to be delivered in 15 to 30 minutes. I called at 7:38pm and the food was ready but the delivery guy hadn't returned. I called at 7:58pm - now 1 hour later - and the food is not yet here.

Deceptive menu. The burger came on a pita. The 3 piece BBQ chicken was fried chicken covered w/bbq sauce. I ordered a whole wheat pita but got a regular pita instead.

Terrible. Beware of what the menu says. I ordered a side of vegetables "Roasted to Perfection" and I got a container of heated up frozen mixed vegetables. That is gross.

I was initially excited to discover this place, as thought the turkey burger was quite tasty. But they don't seem well set up to manage orders from seamless web, as today it took almost 2 hours to get my food and I had to call them twice. Yes it was raining, and etc. but perhaps they should change their time frame of 15-30 minutes to 1-2 hours. Also, made the mistake of ordering the mixed vegetables, which are described as "roasted to perfection" only to be disappointed by a frozen-seeming mix of cubed carrots, green beans & corn like from a grade school cafeteria. For $4.00, I would expect a bit more. I am bummed because am not sure I can order from them again, although i still think the turkey burger tastes good.

Bad food, took 1.5 hours to deliver, despite indicating 15-30 minutes. Seems to be a common issue with them.

Had some ribs delivered on a weekday early evening and what was delivered was dry as ... sure there was some sauce and extra sauce that came with it but still, those ribs were just dry and you could tell they were frozen ribs too... Very disappointed...

This is the best turkey burger in town. Seriously. And they provide ample condiments. Sasha, the owner, is THE MAN. This place is delicious.
