Tulcingo Restaurant

I usually do not write reviews, but I did not like this restaurant. I ordered a $20 meal and I ended up eating only a half portion of fries that came with one of the dishes. Poor quality and very disappointing.

Honestly such poor service. I ordered and it took 1 and 1/2 hours to get the food to my door. It was cold and when I tried to call to ask what the delay was, they refused to speak to me. Save your money

The carnitas tostadas are delicious. I love to order this after a night of dancing but can only do so when I get home before 2am. Whenever I come down with a cold, ordering 2 big chicken soups is the first thing I do. And the huevos rancheros are not on my diet, but I order them when I splurge on the calories.

Two thumbs down. The meat was seasoned but the tortillas were dry and seemed stale even though they were cooked. Will not be ordering from here again. Plus they took longer than they said they would. Very dissatisfied!

I really don't understand the negative reviews. I've ordered from here numerous times and the food is always spot on. I like their sopes, tacos and nachos.

not only the screw up the order the first time, they did it again the second time around! I ordered a Beef burrito and a chocolate shake @ 11:25 PM.... easy right?, waited 40 minutes for the order, even though im around the corner and it's late, but ok, within time. I received a burrito and a hot chocolate instead, called them about it, they said we'll send you the shake... 30 minutes later a cold chocolate. WTF! I won't be ordering from this mexican joint again, Los Portales way better choice!

Meat was good but the taco shell itself was falling apart, really messy and not super tasty. One thing for customer service - I accidentally ordered pickup, I called and explained, and they delivered! So would give them a 2nd try, this was my first.

Food came on time, and portions were huge. Got Beef Nachos and Beef Tacos. Too bad I didn't eat any of it because I am human and dislike dog food. Honestly, I find it hard to understand how other people even ate it. Too bad, Astoria is seriously lacking a good Mex take out place

Waited an HOUR for my food after the confirmation email and didn't get it. When I called, the manager argued with me for 10 minutes saying that they didn't get the order. When I pointed out that the order had been confirmed, he said he didn't know WHAT happened. I ended up not getting anything. I would never order from them again.

Quick delivery. Ordered the chicken burrito. Chicken and rice was dry. Not fresh tasting. Probably shouldn't order from if you're looking for a late night meal.

Ordered three or four times since moving to the area. The cecina, salted beef, is out of this world. I've never had cecina before but it has become my go-to. Delivery has always been very quick, the orders have never been screwed up or spilled and the food is warm on arrival. I don't have access to the $2 taco trucks down in LIC so I'm really glad I found these guys!

Adequate. There is nothing amazing about this place, but the food is always adequate. The nachos are about 10 large chips with lots of toppings and cheese. In my experience they do send the wrong food item often, but nothing they've sent has been awful.
