Tuscany

The chicken parm plate I received came in 5 minutes after I ordered it and was ice cold. No way that cooked this meal fresh for me. They likely cooked somebody else a chicken parm plate by mistake and was waiting for another Chicken Parm order to come in to send this out. I am on to your game Tuscany!

I have searched for over a year, to no avail, for good italian on Seamless. Finally, I have found the place. Everything I've ordered from here has been stellar--from the pastas, to the soups, to the sandwiches. Definitely order from Tuscany for your Italian fix!

Their Food is excellent and always fresh. I order from Tuscany about 2-3 times a week and never had a bad experience. Their lemon pepper grilled salmon with grilled vegetables, the garden tuna sandwich, and the rice that comes with the entrees are excellent and are one of my favorites. The food is consistently good. Love their salads and pastas. My coworkers and I have been ordering from here for years but the woman on the phone has absolutely no manners. She is extremely rude and even after waiting for our lunch for 1.5hrs, she will never apologize or be courteous. Expect to wait for your food but at least you know it'll be good.

Good food. While ordering Salmon there is a choice of either yellow pilaf or grilled/boiled veggies. Suggest having a side of yellow pilaf or veggies in additon to above - sometime one does not want only rice or only veggies - having the choice would be great!

Have ordered from here before and the food is good enough, but right after I placed this order today, someone from the restaurant called me to bully me into leaving a 20% tip (instead of %16) on my order of one dish, when the restaurant is only a few blocks away. So unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I absolutely love the food here. Two choices that I enjoy in particular are the eggplant rollatini and the salmon and green sauce. The best way to get your food at this place however, is to pick it up. If you go in, you can see that this place is extremely busy, and its for a reason. We have done catering with them at my office and so long as you give enough notice, they are usually pretty good about delivery. Don't expect to order your one little dish at noon for delivery and expect a speedy service though- they are very busy because everyone orders from here. Again, best way is to order your food, and pick it up.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am an attorney and I work very close to this place. I ordered a simple Cesar salad at 11:30am because was on a project and couldn't run out. The time given for delivery was 45-60 minutes. It took 90 minutes for my salad to arrive. When I called to complain, the manager basically told me off and said that "in this neighborhood if you want a decent plate of food you have to expect to wait that long." Listen, I order food around here all the time. 90 minutes for a salad is ridiculous. Not refunding me my money is even more ridiculous. Getting all defensive and lecturing me about the realities of delivery service in the neighborhood, more ridiculous still. AND when the salad got here it was just mediocre.
