Two Boots Hells Kitchen

I used to order from another Two Boots when I was living in Soho and they used to be reliably good though maybe not exceptional. Two Boots Hells Kitchen fits that description too. Pretty good pizza (Cleopatra Jones and Calzone) and on the lower end of the delivery time estimate. Will order again.

The costumer service at Two Boots Hells Kitchen is HORRIBLE. We ordered $50 dollars of food, and were told it would be 45-60 minute. After an hour and a half, we called to check on the status of our order. The manager, after at first claiming to not have any record of our order, said he didn't have an item we had ordered, and hadn't ever put in our order to be procesed. He also claimed to have called us, but we had no missed calls or voicemails. We explained that we had no record of him calling (and that we had been by our phone all night), and he proceeded to start SCREAMING at us that it was not his problem. Many, multiple times, he swore at us. "I can't give you any food" he said - but never offered to figure out compensation, and then hung up on us. I have never been spoken to by ANYONE at a food establishment the way that the manager spoke to me. He said his name was Jesus, but refused to give me his last name ("doesn't matter" he said, before hanging up). This is unacceptable for any restaurant, much less a NYC chain.

Great toppings, quick delivery and just plain yummy!! I moved to Mid-town West a couple months ago and was quite happy to learn that Two Boots Hells Kitchen delivered to me! Not the same old NYC pizza, some thing to wake up your taste buds!

I love their pizza, it's fantastic! And I have always had my food come in a timely manner but this last time that I ordered, I ordered a Teany Iced Tea and when my order was delivered, a Brisk Iced Tea came instead :/ A little disappointed that I received the wrong drink, especially when there is a price difference. I did call to notify Two Boots about the wrong drink and they apologized. Had I not received the wrong drink, I'd definitely have rated them 4 stars.

Wow....Two Boots HK has just gone DOWNHILL!! I stopped ordering from them on the regular a few months back when their pizza started to go a little off track. Tonight I ordered a large "The Bird" specialty pie. I guess you get the entire bird because included in this pie was the meat, a LARGE piece of skin, and cartilage. There's also a mystery meat of some sort that has yet to be identified. On top of all that, the pizza is insanely undercooked, and looks like it was made and cut by somebody who's been drinking rather heavily. We called and got a refund. I have only done that one other time in my 4 years living in Hell's Kitchen in general. I took Photos of this pie, but unfortunately there is no way for me to show them. But it looks like this pie is missing a chromosome. Shame on you Two Boots. You will NEVER get my business again.

You are better off going without food than ordering from Two Boots in Hells Kitchen. The delivery was very late. I called the restaurant twice, and both times I was told that the delivery was on its way. I finally walked over to the restaurant. When I walked in, I expected the place to be busy due to the length of time since I placed my order. The place was empty, and the only people in the restaurant were two employees sitting behind the counter eating pizza. By this time, the order still had not been delivered. The employee who spoke to me was absolutely insulting --- he was the same employee who answered the phone when I called twice earlier and told me that the order was on its way. I highly recommend either skipping a meal or moving on to the next restaurant.

This place is literally 5 mins walk from my house and I ordered a pizza but never got it delivered. I called them when it had been more than an hour and they said the delivery guy is on his way. 15 mins later when I called again, they said they don't have my order and never printed it. And then further 10 mins later, I got the food delivered.

Waited last night for and hour and twenty minutes for a miserable cold pizza lacking half of the ingredients. When I called the store to find out where it was the person on the other end had no idea where my order was. Stay away from this place. It's a miracle it has lasted so long.

Good pizza for a good price, but sometimes the food doesn't come exactly as ordered. Delivery is speedy though.

If you try to order a small or medium pizza, you can choose to order it with "regular" crust or "1" crust. WHAT IS "1" CRUST? This place makes good pizza, but the delivery nonsense makes it a bad choice. They appear to have some really strange delivery issues. Once, they had no wheat crust, which strikes me as something a pizzeria with a wheat crust option would not want to run out of. Also, they have a "local," "Lo-cal," and "Local" tangerine soda option, but half them time they actually send it, and the other half they send root beer without even asking if a substitution is ok. Once, a manager called and he said they never carry it, so I asked how I could get it half the time, and he insisted again that they have never carried it, which struck me as somewhat surreal and made me wonder why they have it on the menu at all, much less three times. Look elsewhere, unless you can pick up your pizza (and, even then, I don't know how it will go). This is a really strange place.

Love the pizza here! It's not too greasy and doesn't leave that heavy feeling when you're done eating a couple slices. Or three or four slices... The Bird is my favorite! Great combination of buffalo chicken, blue cheese and scallions. Yum! Delivery can sometimes take longer than other places, but it's worth it!
