Two Boots UWS

Well, well. it took 3 hours to deliver a calzone, a ciabato sandwich and a salad. Yes... 3 hours. Food arrived cold and the delivery person never said a word to me, not even "thank you". I don't know who's running the show at the UWS location but they have to get their act together - quickly - because this kind of service is beyond unprofessional. Got pizza from them and EVERYONE in the family got sick. I wish I could give them no stars.

delivery took forever and pizza wasn't that great. The small could certainly feed two people even though they said we should order two.

I just had a delivery man complain to me that I didn't go downstairs to pick up my food. First of all, I don't order food to be almost delivered to my apartment. If I wanted to leave my apt I would just go outside and get the food myself. Secondly, he did not even call me to ask me to go downstairs. Am I supposed to wait in front of my building for half an hour or more waiting for you? I think not!

I waited 70 minutes for delivery of a small pepperoni pizza. When the delivery arrived, I received a small cheese pizza and it was cold, not warm, absolutely cold.

I love their food, but it took an hour and a half to get the food delivered... on a Thursday night, during passover... (eg not a peak time). When order came, order was incomplete.

Delivery is among the worst on the UWS...and the worst part is when you call there they don't tell you the truth. We complained and complained and got a free pizza out of it. Pizza is great though...so super frustrating.

Love the pizza! I would recommend getting "mild" sauce though, its kinda spicy!

Food is usually good, but 80 minutes and counting for 45 minutes promised and when i called 15 minutes ago was told he'd left 10 minutes before that. NOT. Of course, pizza is cold now.

Very bland pizza! My topping of jalapeño was a sprinkle about 1/10th that you would get at every other pizza joint.

This is my go-too combo…for sheer grubbing!! Orchidia (Pepperoni, Sweet Ital Sausage, Roma Tomatoes, Garlic & Jalapeño)…try it!!
