Uno Chicago Grill (86th)

The delivery guy clearly held the food on its side because everything was smushed onto the sides of the containers. The salad got soggy because it was placed in between two hot items so that was disappointing. The food was decent otherwise. Probably won't order from here again though.

ordered a mushroom veggie burger, but they sent me a hamburger. delivery guy took >45 minutes and didn't have an ID with him so i had to so to the reception to get my food. I order frequently and even tipped extra.. but still poor service. they took my money, made me wait almost an hour and no food. Delivery guy almost threw the food at me and ran when i went downstairs to get it. Very unprofessional service and sent the wrong order. I have to order from a different restaurant now and wait more..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our meal came 2 hours after I placed my order through seamless and the food was ice cold...never ordering from here again.

Food was decent but I should have known better than to pay so much for a steak and expect a decent portion. There are better options in the UES then here. What can I say, I was desperate!

They always forget my soda and sometimes they take hours to deliver. I love their salad though.

Everything is always fresh and tasty! Pizzas and flatbreads are especially good! (I only had their vegetarians options, though)

This is easily some of the best take-out in the area! The food is always very fresh, and always cooked to perfection - whether it be pizza or pasta or sandwiches or appetizers. We are ALWAYS happy with whatever our order is. (note: delivery does consistently take one hour).
