Urban Rustic

I love ordering from this place. They always arrive within guaranteed time, if not earlier! Today I also got a free brownie with my order. It's possible it was an accident, but nevertheless I enjoyed the surprise. Fresh and high quality ingredients as well as a pretty varied menu. Also, the delivery man is always very cheerful and happy, which I'm glad of. Nothing feels more weird than hastily grabbing your food from a grumpy deliver guy. Urban Rustic is my go-to lunch spot. When I get a break from work, I retreat here for its cozy, homey atmosphere. Not only is the space amazing (there is a cute, quiet little back room for dine-in customers), but the food is incredible and super reasonably priced! Not to mention the fact that the PULLED PORK QUESADILLA is out-of-of this world. They also provide a personal bottle of sriracha hot sauce at every table!! I would recommend this place to anyone, hipster vibe aside. It rocks! I can totally listen to some Grizzly Bear and drink kale juice here and feel ZERO remorse. I love it. CHILL VIBES.

I've ordered from here a good few times now and always enjoy what I've ordered. Everything is fresh and the quality is evidently high. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a delicious sandwich made on fresh baked bread (their baguette is seriously on point).

UR sandwiches can be good. The Saddleback sandwich - when the bread is not overly toasted and thereby a soft-tissue slayer - is a supremely tasty tuna sandwich. However, the delivery is truly spotty. In fact, this customer (me) called to follow-up on a delivery order twice this evening, ultimately canceling the order 2.5+ hours later. Flock 'em. If you're in their vicinity, maybe grab a sammy and take it to the park. You'll like that. Thinking of ordering from them? Well, if it works out, then good.

Delivery takes forever. I give 3 stars because the food is very good, but they run out of at least one thing I order every single time. They honestly couldn't be less apologetic. I've had to do multiple reversals on my credit card, & I'm just done with them.

Food is great, but delivery will take longer than 60-75 minutes. Ordered from here a couple of times, each time it showed up super late and cold. The last time will be my last. Took 2 hours, and by the time it did show I had already cancelled. Better off ordering from somewhere else.

Food is always solid but the delivery time is always terrible. I think my grandmother could walk from the restaurant to our office faster. If she had been shot in the kneecaps.

Just ordered the Hot Chicken/Portabello/Basil sandwich and its quite dry. The bread is kinda tough/chewy most likely from the delivery process. I got a (huge, almost a pint!) side of the 3-cheese mac-n-cheese and its not bad - either smooth or bland (depending on how you look at it :) Definitely an unexciting order, but the ingredients are clearly good quality, so perhaps another sandwich/side combo will be better.

The Food is great, but the last two orders I placed took over 1.5 hours to arrive. ETA was 45-60 mins for both. Food is great though, they just need to fix their delivery times.

Kale caesar salad is my new favorite lunch! They need more kale on hand thought as they run out every now and then. Otherwise, everything is super fresh and just-made, delivery is spot on, nicest staff and delivery . My only request is that they offer at least one form of gluten-free bread.

Messed up my order for the second time now, this time leaving out half of the items. Left my number for the manager to call back the next day but didn't hear from him. Food is good but not worth the hassle.
