Food quality was OK. Delivery took longer than estimate. Delivery guy forgot part of my order and got a colleague to bring it -- but it still required me waiting for over 5 minutes in the lobby. Once I got my food out of the bag, I notice they also forgot the plasticware (I even asked nicely in the special instructions!).

As an Indian who cooks, I'm very particular about the Indian food from restaurants. This place rocks! For delivery and the lunch buffet. I ordered the shrimp biryani and it was a huge portion (leftovers for lunch tomorrow?) with about 10 large shrimp and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend!

Two hours for a delivery promised in 30-40 minutes! When we called the restaurant, they said that they had sent 18 orders out with one delivery guy and promised we'd get ours in 10 minutes (even though they never asked our name). Ten minutes more have come and gone. Warning: Don't use this restaurant unless you are prepared to wait more than 2 hours for your meal!

The food is not worth the wait for delivery. While on seamless they have posted that it takes 25-40 minutes, the ACTUAL WAIT IS 1.5 HOURS. If you have ordered food, it will arrive cold or soggy and they will provide no customer service for your inconvenience. There is definitely better Indian food that will not make you wait as long as this place does.

The time estimate was 25-40 minutes. It is 100 minutes later and I still do not have my food. I called and they put the manager on the phone. He starts screaming at me over the phone out of nowhere telling me about how the weather is wet and slippery. I don't care if the food takes 3 hour to get here but you need to indicate that on seamlessweb so I know not to order from you. And you never, ever yell at the customer, especially when it's your mistake. I hate this place. My food still has not arrived. 102 minutes and counting.

Very good food - very authentic. I did not appreciate the wait though.. The order took almost an hour and a half to arrive!

Delivery estimate was 30-45 minutes. Weather is fine. It has been an hour and a half and all calls in the last 30 minutes result in the answer that the order "has left the restaurant" which is 4 blocks away.

Jeez - how long to deliver?!!? I live on 38th and 6th so its not that far away - but the order CONSISTENTLY takes well over an hour to deliver. And most of the time the food is cold and has to be reheated in the microwave. The food is genuinely good though - i love the vegetable samosas - and the vindaloo was just right - but to be honest its been one late delivery too many and there are many other Indian restaurants that deliver the same standard of food, for much cheaper, far quicker and ready to eat.

*Awesome* Indian food, and this is from a South Indian. Their portions of naan/kulcha are a bit small, but the food's absolutely worth it.
