The falafel is delicious but it took close to an hour and a half for the food to arrive, despite getting a call from them 30 minutes after ordering saying they'd be arriving soon. By the time my food arrived it was all cold. Good food but the delivery killed it.

I've given this place multiple tries and I'm over it. I keep coming back because the food is good, especially by Seamless standards, and I hoped they would get their delivery together over time. It hasn't happened. Expect orders to be cancelled because they determine no delivery is available or two hour wait times and angry delivery men. I've had to call and follow-up on every single order and everytime it is the same story that the driver is stuck in traffic. It's just not reliable... which is a shame.
