We ordered from Vai. Nothing came for 90 minutes. We called the restaurant three times, only got voicemail. We called Seamless, who called the restaurant. Vai said they had no record of our order and hung up on seamless..! Seamless said that they could see our order, that the restaurant had acknowledged it three minutes after we placed it, and they gave us a full refund and a discount on our next order. so we are happy with seamless, but i've never heard of a restaurant treating customers (both us AND seamless) like this.

Took ages (30 minutes) just to get an email confirmation. Finally phoned up. Was told "20 minutes". Food didn't come for another 40 minutes. It (ravioli) was cold. Pretty dismal in every respect, especially considering the price.

Truly something a little different, italian-wise...in the best of all possible ways. Artichokes are to die for as is the Octopus app and the brussel sprout side. Call restaurant for some of the changes on the menu on the seamless web, which is not up to date.
