Their pizza is ok, but their delivery is consistently late. Last night's order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to my place. The pizza was cold and I didn't get an apology from the driver or the dispatcher. Apparently the driver "couldn't find my apartment" but no one ever thought to call me to ask, and when I called to check on my order, they said that the driver was "almost at my door". Then the driver tried to use the intercom to call me, when I specifically said in the instructions that the intercom didn't work. By the time the delivery guy found my apartment, the pizza was cold. I'm never ordering from Venezia again.

I really like this place. The pizza is good if you like the thinner crust, which I do. They have some specialty pizzas that are yummy--the Philly cheesesteak is delicious. The wings are what I usually order and they're a little pricey but pretty darn good. Nice delivery people, quick service.
