Ok. So I ordered the Chicken Pesto Sandwich with a House Salad and a NYC cheesecake. Wow. I love it when chefs make the bread toasty. I think it was buttered on both sides and everything. ;) love. And it tasted so good. I really love the sun dried tomatoes touch. Though it had a tad too much pesto for my liking, I would totally eat it again. Then the house salad. Meh. It was just your typical salad with carrots. But hey, its raw greens. We could all use some raw greens every once in a while. Finally, the cheesecake was a tad too cold, almost frozen. I guess it was that cold for the drive home. So, my suggestion is to leave it out when you get home before eating it. It was a yummy cheesecake though. All in all, I liked Verdugo Pizza. The prices were very decent and they were incredibly fast. If the sandwich had a little less pesto, and the house salad had cucumbers and onions in it , and the cheesecake wasnt frozen, i would give it 5 stars all the way.

Food was ready on time when I went to pick it up & people were friendly. Pizzas sounded good but I ordered a roasted eggplant sandwich with marinara sauce & cheese which was delicious and I was very surprised with the generous portion & glad that it was wrapped in foil & divided in 2 pieces because my husband wanted part of it.The sandwich included a nice fresh salad with romaine lettuce & red cabbage with dressing on the side, napkins & plastic utensils. I was left curious of their Armenian pizzas listed on the menu which I wan to try the next time.
