thanks for the burger ordered rare and came well done!!! thanks for the gyro with no lettuce that came on a plate of lettuce!!! thanks for the vegetable soup of the day when i called earlier and they said chicken noodle was the soup of the day. Second and last time i will order cause your burger wasnt the same as the first time and haven't seen so many mistakes since welfare was put in place

Specifically personalized the order saying NO MUSTARD AND NO MAYONNAISE yet I found both on my wrap!!! But they read the meal addition and added the fries, smh! Waste of my funds! appetite ruined :-(

Ordered about 10:30 for breakfast it is now 12:02. When I called to inquire about food arrival I was practically hung up on. NEVER AGAIN!!! still waiting... I should not have ordered from this place. Delivery Genleman was extremely nice!!! Food Finally in!!

This restaurant is unbelievably irresponsible, uncaring, & unapologetic. I work for an extremely busy Manhattan restaurant & I'm the manager of our delivery dept. who deals with seamless. I placed an order only to find out they didn't have a delivery guy & wouldn't be able to walk it outside of a 10 block radius! I was already charged for the order! The order was for 23.73 & instead $28 was taken off of my bank account. Then was told it would take 3-5 business days to get it back. However, it didn't take that long for seamless to take the money out of my bank. I'm left hungry & pissed off. I'm holding back so many curses!!

I the food arrived after 1 hr and 45 minutes. The food was cold, the coffee was side ways in the bag, the drinks were warm. The only excuse when I called was "Sorry we were busy". I would have appreciated a phone call saying that it was going to be delayed instead of having to call twice to find out the location of my order.

My order took an hour and a half (twice as long as the average delivery time). Needless to say, the food was cold by the time it arrived. What's worse, it was obvious that it was not of high quality and that even if hot, it would not taste good.

I ORDERED DELIVERY FROM VIKKI'S, AND THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT TO ME BC I WAS "TOO FAR AWAY". THEN WHY DID YOU SAY I WAS IN YOUR ZONE?? THEY NEED TO DECIDE WHERE THEIR DELIVERY BOUNDARIES ARE AND STICK TO THEM.
