Vinny's is my go to for pizza delivery. The pizza is always great and the guys that work there are so nice. Also, they are reasonably priced which is a bonus.

I ordered a rice ball. I waited two hours for delivery. When I called to complain, I was told that next time I should spend more money and it will come sooner. When the food finally did come, it was disgusting. It was a tin filled with small clumps of rice covered in melted cheese and sauce.

Classic New York pie. Best pizza delivery in the downtown Brooklyn area. I recommend sausage and mushroom.

I was not at all happy with my order. I got a simple steak salad; however, they managed to give me the fattiest piece of steak that was just a little overcooked. Then they throw in a real cheap plastic knife and I mean cheap. It couldn't cut butter. My colleague also ordered the steak salad and felt the same way. They should remove the steak salad or just raise the price slightly and add better meat. Avoid.

We had a significant problem with the delivery (it took an hour and 25 minutes, when the window we were given was 35-50 minutes), but were prepared to like the food, based on the many positive reviews. Sadly, we struck out on that, too. The best we could say about the pasta (penne w/marinara) and the gnocchi (with tomato sauce) was that it wasn't the worst we'd had. The broccoli rabe was very, very bitter (had to throw it out), the salad arrived soggy, and the bread was of the supermarket spongy-type. All in all, not an enjoyable dinner and way, way overpriced for what we got.

My food was here in under 30 minutes and all special requests were honored however, the grandma pizza was edible but very cold and really not very good. I'd venture that it had been sitting out a while, too, based on how congealed the sauce and cheese appeared. One other minor thing to mention: no napkins were included with the delivery, which wasn't a problem because the pizza was so cold as to sadly render it rather neat to eat, but it would have been nice to have had some anyway.

It would be nice to have more detail on the menu for what each pie has in it but the customer service at the restaurant is fantastic, as is the food.
