This time around, we called after an hour (estimate had said 30-45 minutes) to check on the status of our order. We were assured it was "on its way" and would "be there shortly". Another 40 minutes went by, & still no food - finally we called back, only to have my name & number asked over and over (literally 5 times in a row). They couldn't seem to even remember my name in the 10-15 seconds between asking it. Finally they informed me that no order had ever been received - despite the fact that they had assured us 40 minutes prior that it was "on its way". When I pointed this out, the man on the phone told me to "shut up" & "take it up with Seamless", at which point he promptly hung up. An utterly horrible experience that has been becoming a more and more common occurrence with this restaurant. Why list themselves on Seamless if they aren't going to even take orders?

Seriously delicious. I spent 3 weeks in Goa about 3 years ago, the food was delicious there, and just as delicious here. Love the Naan, Masala, Samosas, Lassi's and Tandori Fish! Really good and I know Indian food, well, at least for 3 weeks!
