This is my first time ordering online from Wai Ling although I've picked up take out from them many times. Their lunch time delivery was excellent. My confirmation said 40-55 minute delivery time, but my food showed up in 15 minutes!

They forgot the "steamed beef" in the steamed beef and vegetables. I took one bite of my guacmole taco and thew it away. Somehow they messed up one of the 3 ingredients.

Delivery man refused to enter building. Order incorrect. Restaurant laid phone down and left off hook when I called to complain/correct. I've ordered from them before many times, quality isn't consistent but they are usually on time and pleasant. I will *never* order from Wai Ling again, ever. Seamless was *excellent* when I called to report the issue.

Sub par chinese, but the fresh flour tortillas are good and cheap. However the delivery is THE WORST. Times range from one and a half to two and a half hours. And the delivery guys never apologize. Bottom line: if you own a microwave(to reheat the long cold food) and place the order a day in advance you can get some decent, cheap fajitas. Seriously I make bets with my friends about how long the delivery takes

This place is fine if nothing is open and its late at night. The burrito I ordered was an absolute mess. It was more of a tortilla sandwich as it wasnt rolled at all. The chips are too salty and the salsa was just thin goop with no flavor.

I end up ordering from them often because the Mexican spots nearby don't take cards. Also they use flour tortillas instead of corn for their soft tacos and I prefer flour. It is what you would expect it to be, not fantastic but not bad either.

White corn tortilla chips - greasy and over-salted; Guacamole - too many tomatoes. Come to think of it, where was the avocado?; Crab rangoon - I prefer mine w a crab filling. It tasted of straight cream cheese; Pork buns - I'm used to the little juicy ones that they have at places like M. Shanghai. These were huge, doughy and with minimal pork. If that's what you're into, perfect. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan.

people who complain about the quality of the food are crazy! what do you expect? this is my go-to hangover spot. def can take a long time, but if you want something right away make it yourself. solid general tso's combo which i get every time i eat chinese food, and i like their's better than most places that only do chinese food. also tofu taco is strange but good. i know sounds weird...

This review is exclusively for the Mexican food as I've never tried the Chinese. Chinese Mexican (like New Fresco Tortilla) is a New York classic. I've been frequenting this kind of place for years and it never disappoints. The trick in my opinion is to order lots of little things off the "Mexican Fresh Flour Tortilla" section and open them all up and mix and match the insides. So many delicious flavor combinations! It's not high cuisine, but for a yummy, cheap snack I'm into it. In fact, I'm going to place another order right now.

Quick delivery, but the burrito and beef taco were disgusting. Thrown together, everything tasted canned, the hard taco was soggy and falling part, the burrito would have held together even without a tortilla -- it was one solid mass of congealed bean.

Never again. The food is OK, but the service is the pits. Super long delivery times, it's cold when it arrives and the lady who answers the phone when you call to check just says that "it's busy." 1 1/2 hour delivery times for LUNCH is not business as usual- they've got problems.

Used to be totally mediocre... but now I have to spend $15 (!!!) just to get a delivery. $15 is more chinexican than any human should eat at one time.
