Waterstone Grill

Ordered a burger with truffle fries. Food showed up later than the estimated delivery time and cold. Burger was dry and tasteless and the lettuce was brown. The "truffle fries" were the worst fries I've ever had - they're nothing more than stringy soggy fries with some kind of powder seasoning on them. I'll stick to Pound and Pence for a delicious burger at a reasonable price and fast delivery. Waterstone Grill, you should be embarrassed to serve this kind of food!

This is my first ever food rating review submitted on seamless web. The food from Waterstone was so bad I felt it necessary to warn others so that they do not make the same mistake we did when ordering food from here. Out of our entire large order, the only thing edible was the cheesecake. I am not a picky eater and i literally had to throw out the pasta and the burger after a couple of bites.

Absolutely terrible. Even though they just delivered to us 4 days ago and they are listed on Seamless Web, they called to say they don't deliver to our area when we ordered tonight. Get it together.

For the price this food did not meet my expectations the Truffle fries were not only cold they were like regular thin cut fries. I ordered the vegetable platter the egg plant was dry and rubbery the broccoli was soft but had no flavor at all the mushrooms were ok . I wasn't happy with this order.

Good but totally inconsistent. I've ordered from here several times, and I've been both very happy and very disappointed. I've ordered the ribs four times... twice they were perfect; really well seasoned, moist and fell right off the bone. Once they were not seasoned quite as well but still moist, and the last time they were tough as leather, poorly seasoned (one half of the rack was completely unseasoned). Same with the wings... one time I ordered and they were really delicious. Delicately glazed and really very tasty. The next time they looked like they were dumped right out of a deep fryer and into a delivery tin. I don't know if I'm going to be ordering from here very much in the future.

Absolutely Disgusting! Food arrived cold. The burger was raw had to throw it away. Will never order from here again.

Its great to see a tuna steak sandwhich on someones menu. The foccacia bread - nice touch. however, not nearly as pretty and thick as the photos - and a tiny bit fishey, i did not love it. was looking forward to the sweet potatoe fries, but they were completely soggy. will order again here, but will try something else -- not the fries.

Food was delivered somewhat warm, but not hot. Taste of food affected and I would not order from them again based on this oversight.

The Lobster and Avocado Salad (daily special) was not edible. The lobster was overcooked and the avocado was hard and unripe. The hazelnut chocolate cake was dry and tasteless. I would never order again from here or go there to sit down.

Getting the order customized (like changing the side or adding onions to the burger) is impossible at this place. Tried so many times. And they always blame their mistakes on the customer
