Weng's Palace/Thai Palace

LOVE the food. HATE the service. it never comes on time, typically the order is wrong, and not accommodating when called on what went wrong.

This was a complete waste I should have checked the reviews first. the order was quick but when it arrived everything in the bag was covered in red sauce, and my duck and scallion pancakes were out of the container and mashed on the bottom. I tried to call and complain but the person on the phone seemed confused when i complained and said"i don't think so" well now i know who NOT to order from.

Waiting almost two hours for a tiny order is unacceptable. Called three times and was told "5 minutes" every time until almost two hours passed. Woman on phone was dismissive. Will never order from here again.

Slow, wrong, bad, and bland. The only thing this place has going for it, is that its cheap. It took an hour, the order was wrong, the Pad See Yu had zero broccoli, and it was all pretty flavorless. I guess you get what you pay for.

The food took almost an hour to be delivered when the estimated time is 15-30 minutes. The chicken was a mixture of white and dark meat, I think. I threw out most of it... Wouldn't order from here again.

Surprised this place has such low ratings - it has the best prices in town, quick delivery, and their vegetarian stuff is SO good - thai fried rice and pad thai, both with "vegetarian duck", are really good. Their bean curd stuff is really good too - esp. General Tso's. Update: I was surprised when I went in to the restaurant that they don't have any of the Thai menu items, and had no idea what I meant when I mentioned fried rice with vegetarian duck, so I got the non-Thai vegetable fried rice, not anywhere near as good.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Many components of my order were missing - when I called to ask the man to please deliver the rest of it, he rudely told me that "We're really busy with other customers. Anyway, we're out of that." He threatened to send the delivery man back to me and take the whole order back, after which point he hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

The delivery took so long, over 1 1/2 hr...Food arrived warm and delivery person was rude, was not satisfied with the tip. However, the white rice was kind of raw, the food was good. I do not think I will order with him again.

This is the absolute worst place in the world, I ordered food it took them 1.5 half to get there they driver got lost. I had to cancel the food and the young lady on the phone is the most unproffesional person in the world.

the site said 15-30 minute wait which is why i ordered, and it took over an hour. If you want real thai food this is not the place. It's chinese take out trying to make thai food. veggie summer rolls are 4$ and its the tiniest little egg rolls i ever did see, not worth it. over all the food isn't BAD, just not thai, and not worth it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This place is downright awful. I'll start with the fact that when I got my order one of the items was grossly undercooked to the point where it was not edible- it was also swimming in grease. When I called to ask for either a replacement or refund they were rude and refused to offer me either. They then told me they would contact seamless to offer a refund that turned out to be a lie. Service aside- the food tasted AWFUL. I am not a picky eater, at all, but this was some of the worst food I've ever tasted. Its not worth the trouble- order from somewhere else.

When the food was delivered my soup was split all over my bag and completely saturated my eggroll and the delivery guy still gave it to me like nothing was wrong with it. I received my order around 11:30p & the place doesn't close till midnight and he told me it was too late For him to bring me new food. His English was terrible but he told me to call seamless & they will give me my mone back. I said no please call & tell your boss to bring me new food that I can eat! He said no & that I will get my money back & I never did.

Food took 1 hour 47 minutes to get here & then it was inedible. The fried wontons/dumplings were rubbery. The beef made me sick. Worst experience!
