West Side Cafe

I order here almost every morning and usually love my breakfast. Today i found shards of tin foil in my home fries so lord knows what else has been in there. This is unacceptable and inexcusable. Will be the last breakfast I ever get there.

Food was exactly as expected. Warm and delivered quick, even though I am only two blocks away, sometimes that can be a trick. Special directions were followed and there was literally nothing to complain about with this encounter.

Good service. Be specific about order though or you will get coffee with milk in it instead of being on the side. I re-order regularly.

I've ordered 4 times now... 1st time was GREAT. Every time since, it's gotten worse and worse. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger that was basically burned into a black, dry, puck. Food is inexpensive though... and the pizza is surprisingly good for a deli.

My order came quickly, but all of my requests were ignored. I ordered black hazelnut coffee and got regular coffee with milk. I ordered dry whole wheat toast and got buttered white. I ordered a side of honey mustard, that definitely didn't come. I won't be ordering from here again.

I asked for cream cheese on my bagel and I got less than a schemer. The equivalent of nothing. The insanity! I am highly disappointed. Wont be ordering from here again. Especially if they cannot take directions. I liked this place too :-(

I asked for french fries and instead got home fries. I hate home fries so half my meal was wasted in the trash. Why offer something if you're just going to ignore it?
