West Side Steakhouse

I usually hesitate to order steak online, especially in my area where there isn't a decent steakhouse. But I've recently discovered that West Side Steakhouse actually offers quite good rib-eye in terms of portion and quality. It arrived hot and was well seasoned, and roasted garlic potato was tasty too. If you must have your steak delivered, this is the place for you.

I'm hesitant to order steaks for delivery, I've had quite a few bad experiences, but West Side changed that for me. Absolutely the best steaks, always hot and cooked to specifications. I had to order a few times to make sure it wasn't just a fluke (cynical? Hmm. Maybe) and I haven't been let down yet. Portions are very generous and the sides are yummy. My new best friend.

Beautiful cuts of meat cooked to perfection. The seafood is fresh and also cooked to perfection. Excellent sides and just great all around. I highly recommend the petite fillet. Oh, and the bread is out of this world.

The food had NO flavor at all. We ordered the Porterhouse for two...nice cut, but some/any seasoning would have been great. The roasted garlic mashed potatoes did not give any hint of garlic (or salt) and the creamed spinach was flavorless. Sad because we were looking for a new steakhouse in the area, but won't order from here again. Do they taste their food before they send it out?? A little salt goes a long way.

Called to ask where my order was after 1 hour. They told me that they apologize because they were really busy...and that they gonna deliver soon. Not very friendly staff

Steak was not cooked to temperature (I ordered medium, it arrived medium well to well done). Only flavor was the char I was tasting on the flame-lapped, over-cooked piece of meat. Garlic mashed potatoes were basic (I enjoyed them, but these are hard to mess up), and the provided "roll" was tiny and no different than a frozen store-bought roll. These other reviews are terribly suspect.

Awesome filet. Cooked perfectly. Supplied all the condiments needed for potato and rolls. I waited until 8 mins. before closing and they still took my order!

The Heart Attack Burgers are great! Big and tasty. Just ask for mash instead of fries (they fries are pretty bland) and you're all set.

The portions are great. The mashed potatoes are perfect and the creamed spinach is as well. The steak and shrimp was just okay but the roasted chicken has always been very good! Overall, its a good place if you are in the mood to eat in and have a steak house type meal without going out!
