Westway Diner

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. The food is not great, but its better than average diner food and the delivery is quick. I like them espically for late night bad weather delivery.

Been getting food delivered from Westway regularly for about a year now, and I've never had a major mess up on my order or see it take longer than 30 minutes to arrive. I'm pretty surprised at all the negative ratings.

Worst diner ever. Order was over 30 minutes late. When called and asked the simple question "Hello, can you tell me the status of my order?", was given the response "What is wrong with you?" and was immediately hung up on. Don't order from here. The food isn't worth it.

We used to love Westway but lately they've been extremely sloppy and are flat out rude. We ordered "waffle fries" and they delivered a "waffle". When we called them, they basically said they would send it now. 30 minutes later the waffle fries were still not here and the rest of the meal was ice cold. They did not care. They did nothing. We live 4 blocks from Westway and they waffle fries took 45 minutes. It's absurd.

I ordered from Westway because it was open late and the estimated delivery time read 15-30 minutes. Let's just say I got my food AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES later. I called the restaurant after waiting almost an hour and was told the food had already left. 25 minutes later, it still didn't arrive and I live 5 minutes away. Food was decent, but def not worth the wait.

Dear Westway, I am usually never disappointed by your food, but this past order was a severe letdown. I ordered the lobster ravioli but you sent cheese ravioli instead (a $3.10 price difference, mind you), and I ordered a side of fresh mozzarella only to be sent deli-grade mozzarella instead (there is a huge difference). Moreover, no bread was included with my pasta order. I feel like my entire order was a waste of money. Do you even care about sending the food that your customers actually order? Please return to your former standards of service and I will be happy to order from you again.

Food was cold when it arrived. I ordered pancakes with 2 eggs and a side of bacon, but only received the pancakes. The toast was hard as a rock. The food at this diner is very good when you actually go there, but delivery is a waste.

Best dinner in NYC, we have lived in the neighborhood for several years now and visit this diner often. The food is great and very consistent in quality, staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very family friendly (rarity in midtown) and stable (same crew for many years) diner is clean (no sticky menus or dirt all over the place) all around our favorite diner in in nyc. However, when we order from Seamless the service tends to be on the slower side, we live pretty close and it takes longer than we believe it should so that is why I can't give it the whole 5 stars.

Don't ever order from this place. Over an hour for delivery with a 15 to 30 minute window.... Food bad...order wrong..... This place should be closed in a month

TERRIBLE! The food arrived on time but it was disgusting. I ordered an egg white California omelet and I got a disgusting mess with brown old avocado that tasted weird. I also got a cup of fruit and a couple pieces of honeydew tasted rancid! The toast was the best part of the meal. Never ordering from here again!
