'Wichcraft (1 Rockefeller Plaza)

My office was working on a Sunday, and our calls are forwarded to voicemail over the weekend. With no elevator service, the 'Wichcraft delivery man had no way of getting us our order (my mistake! I forgot about our calls being forwarded). When it was fifteen minutes past the quoted delivery time, I called the restaurant to be sure everything was okay. The man who answered the phone was SO understanding and sent our food right back out for delivery. Ten minutes later, we had it and were enjoying late lunch goodness. The delivery man was extremely nice about having to make the trip again. Excellent customer service here! The food is also super yummy and creative. Highly recommend the potato salad!

Really love ordering from here. The food is consistently delicious. Quality. I always have special orders (I like my sandwiches on their multi-grain bread) and it never slows them down. The delivery guys are really nice. I work 6 block north of the store and I order at least once a week--I always get my food fast. And, not to mention 'wichcraft is WAY better than most/ all midtown lunch spots.

what can i say? Tom Collichio's 'wichcraft makes a mean sandwich. Their soup and sandwich combo is an amazing value given the type of quality food you receive. Delivery is pretty quick, surprisingly so - which adds to overall value of 'wichcraft. great food - fast.

The food at 'wichcraft can be pricey but you can't beat the quality. I strongly recommend ordering either the turkey sandwich or the ham and cheese with the tomato soup best things on the menu. If you have a sweet tooth get the oatmeal cookies. Enjoy.

Wichcraft's delivery service is terrible. I ordered a sandwich and, even after 3 phone calls to the restaurant, it was never delivered.

Do not order from here! Delivery was 30 minutes late and sandwich came burnt. save your $, there are much better sandwich shops around.

I live 5 minutes away and delivery took two hours! unacceptable. Eat at the restaurant if you like the food, never order from here for delivery

Order from the one on Park Ave, they know what they are doinf. If I could give a negative star I would. I never received my order and when I called. Someone named Rachel refused to cure the proble, and insisted it was delivered. It might have been delivered. This is my 5th year as a seamless customer, I've never encountered this type of nondelivery problem and unacceptable customer service from a restaurant.

This sandwich had very delicious ingedients, I liked the pork, cabbage and bread, but there wasn't enough of a sauce for me to rate it higher than 3 stars, especially for how small it is for the price. It was too dry for me and I would recommend adding cheese or extra sauce to your order.
